Cons:

We came from out of town 10 hours with my 86 year old grandparents and one of the desk receptionists was very rude and unhelpful with checking in.

We were able to get rest after along drive.

Cons:

The mattress look and felt old, also the pillows were worn out. The bath room did not have a fan. Just looked like an
older Hotel in the room. Might consider in doing some renovations.
