Loved all the smiles, got in late and didn’t have any issues.
Pros:

Right off the highway, breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were amazing. Lots of smiling faces!

Cons:

The smell of the free soap…but you can’t grip about free stuff and that’s just my preference

Pros:

The staff here was so wonderful. Very friendly , helping me as I Am disabled. I would definitely stay again and I will recommend it to anyone who is interested in coming to North LITTLE ROCK. TY TO THE STAFF AND YOUR GREAT HOSPITALITY!!!!¡!I LOVED IT!

All Best Westerns need more rooms for handicapped visitors. Even just having bars in the bathrooms

Front desk employee was nice

Not enough handicapped rooms available. Quite disappointing
Also, we came down for breakfast around 8:15. There were a little bit of eggs and 3 pieces of sausage. Only 3/4 of us got a sausage. Yogurt machine empty. No more biscuits and gravy. The attendant said she wasn’t bringing out more food. This was a surprise as we have been staying at Best Westerns across the country and all other hotels were very attentive and kept adding hot food as needed. This was the only stop that did not provide the same service.

Great for an overnight stay while traveling.
Pros:

coffee was very good & beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t good at all. Need more fruit selections and sugar free options. Eggs especially were horrible.

Employee lied about smoking
Cons:

After returning from getting food, I went to the front desk to replace my key that wasn't working. I was accused of smoking in the room. I wasn't even in the room at the time they claimed the fire panel went off. She kept claiming she smelled marijuana coming from the room but she wouldn't even enter the room. The hallway and front entrance smelled like weed and cigarettes. We were given 10 minutes to grab our things. She refused to have an actual conversation. Did not let me speak to anyone else. And I've been ignored after making an email complaint. The next day, a lady called me asking me to check out because she didn't even know we had been put out the night before. I lost $290 on spending time with my kid. $140 for the room and $150 cash for a cleaning deposit. I'm just really disgusted by the whole situation. A manager needs to watch everything.

Pros:

Location.. within minutes from where I needed to go. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Cons:

The pluming in room 412 the sink was super slow to drain.

There should be an ice machine on every floor, you have to go down to floor 3 for ice. Then back to your floor.
