Decent stay, let down by dated, worn facilities
Pros:

We stayed here recently and while there were some positives, the hotel is in need of a proper refresh and consistent upkeep.

Where it fell short:

- The property feels genuinely outdated, maintenance felt rushed and uneven. For example, a bathroom wall had been repaired but touched up in a noticeably different shade of paint. Wall tiles were cracked in places too.

- Furniture throughout the bedrooms and dining areas looked old and tired, with visible peeling and wear that really shouldn’t be the case.

- Pool note: The pool was closed during our stay for renovation, while we appreciate improvements are coming, it was disappointing not to be notified in advance and not able to use it.

- The hotel sits right beside a very busy road constant traffic and vehicle beeping is clearly audible, day and night. Light sleepers may struggle.

- Great relief: the bedding was spotlessly clean, and the room itself was kept tidy. No complaints there at all.

- Dinner and breakfast were perfectly okay plenty of options to choose from. That said, I did wish fresh fruit was available at dinner; the dessert selection was quite limited, just ice cream, two warm options like pudding, and some processed sweets.

- One small breakfast note: the croissants and pastries were dense and bread-like rather than light, buttery and flaky as you’d expect.

The pool was closed as there is
Overall it served its purpose, but it’s due for a proper renovation and finish-level improvements. With better attention to detail this could be so much better.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and courteous, the room size was reasonable, and the mattress was very comfortable.

Cons:

“Overall, the property was significantly below the standards expected from a hotel operating under the Marriott name. The carpets in the corridors had an unpleasant smell, the toilets were visibly stained, and the bath towels were significantly aged and worn due to prolonged use and repeated washing. The overall cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation were disappointing and did not reflect the standards I would expect from a Marriott property.”

Disappointing Experience
Pros:

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and courteous, the room size was reasonable, and the mattress was very comfortable. However, these positives were outweighed by the overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The corridor carpets had an unpleasant smell, the toilets were visibly stained, and the bath towels were significantly aged and worn due to prolonged use and repeated washing. Overall, the property was well below the standards I would expect from a 4 star hotel under Marriott group

Great Service
Pros:

Had a wonderful experience! Vikram Singh provided excellent service and was very courteous and attentive throughout. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality. The ambience was also beautiful and made the overall experience even better.
