Staff in morning breakfast not proper behaviour treating as they are serving for free, didn't inform proper timing for breakfast and wanted to finish in 10min and started removing food and I paid 40000rs for four person ,they should have denied that we are about to close so pls order from Restaurant...

Outstanding experience
Pros:

Outstanding experience. Ms. Resham at eatery took special care of all our requirements with smile and need a special mention. Really impressed with her work ethics. Also needs to mention about Lokesh who prepared outstanding tea for all of us be it Masala chai or plain chai. Breakfast buffet was a complete spread and with great food and the cooks need to be appreciated for their efforts.

Decent stay - Must visit if on a tight sightseeing trip

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur and had a comfortable overall experience.

The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer ample space for both business and leisure travelers. Hygiene standards throughout the property were good, and the hotel generally delivers what one would expect in its price segment.

One aspect worth noting is the view from the rooms. While some rooms are marketed as city-view rooms, the actual view is largely of nearby residential buildings, balconies, colonies, and low-rise structures. If you're expecting a scenic Jaipur skyline, you may find it underwhelming.

The front desk team is helpful and responsive. The service style is distinctly local and somewhat laid-back, but the staff perform their responsibilities well and are always willing to assist with requests. They were particularly helpful with printing documents, arranging information, and recommending places to visit in the city.

Breakfast is decent rather than exceptional. There is enough variety to ensure you can find a satisfying meal, and for business travelers, the offering is perfectly adequate and fairly standard. The hotel also has a swimming pool, although I did not get an opportunity to use it during my stay.

The one area that could use improvement is the air-conditioning. While functional, the cooling performance could be stronger, especially during Jaipur's warmer months.

Overall, this is a solid choice if you're looking for accommodation in the ₹5,000–₹6,500 per night range. It's particularly well-suited for business travelers or visitors with packed itineraries who primarily need a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay rather than a resort-style experience.
