Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend!!!
Essen im Restaurant ist sehr sehr lecker!!!
Und auch hier wieder mega freundliches Personal-wirklich super.

Hotel i.O. Lage ohne Auto schwierig, aber dank schweizer Verkehrsverbund nicht hoffnungslos.
Cons:

Wir bekamen zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zugeteilt (Online gebucht, u. eingecheckt, kurz vor Mitternacht, da es eine "Notunterkunft" Auftrund einer Panne war und wir erst spät ankamen - Wir haben nur ein Zimmer genutzt ...unser Sohn 4 Jahre - schläft bei uns im Bett im Urlaub - ...und mussten trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlen. keinerlei Kulanz seitens Hotel!

Pros:

Alles da, geräumiges Zimmer. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Tiefgarage stundenweise eher teuer. Aber es gibt eine Pauschale für 10 Fr.

Angenehm und meist ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Tolle Frotteewäsche

Cons:

2 Stechmücken im Zimmer, Schlaf geraubt. War ziemlich ärgerlich. Sollte Meiner Meinung nach nicht vorkommen. Beim Putzen vorsorglich Spray einsetzen gegen Mücken.

Pros:

Die Laage ist zimlich gut man ist schnell in Rapperswiel und man ist direkt bei der Hauptstrasse. Die Lobby ist schön.

Cons:

Habe Haare die nicht von mir wahren gefunden unter dem WC und im Bett.
Die Bettdecke war Kaputt
Und ich habe mich dazu entschieden das Hotel um 00:30 zu verlassen denn mein gantzer Körper hat gejuckt im Bett. Es war alles sehr Staubig man hat den Staub in der Luft gesehen
