Pros:

Erittäin siisti ja toimiva hotelli loistavalla paikalla lähellä järveä ja vanhaa kaupunkia. Huoneen äänieristys oli hyvää tasoa, ilmastointi tehoikas ja sänky todella mukava. Henkilökunta palveli nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. Spa-osaston hieronta oli erinomainen pitkän kävelypäivän jälkeen. Vahva suositus.

OH MY GOSH!! Absolute BEST spa experience ever!! The herbal massage literally restored my soul! Breakfast buffet had hot fresh pho that was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Staff greeted us with warm tea every single time we walked in!!

After two intense weeks of backpacking through northern Vietnam, my partner developed a sudden bout of food poisoning on the morning we were supposed to tour West Lake. Weak and unable to leave the room, we were quite distressed. The front desk team—specifically a young woman named May—went completely above and beyond. She arranged a doctor's consultation, had hot herbal tea and customized chicken porridge sent up from their kitchen without charging us, and extended our check-out time so my partner could rest properly. Beyond this life-saving hospitality, the room's Indochine aesthetic was stunning, the bed was genuinely cloud-like, and watching the green foliage of Hang Dau Flower Garden from our large balcony provided the exact peaceful recovery we needed.

Ett lugnt, städat och mycket behagligt hotell nära både gamla stan och sjön. Inredningen är stilren med fin träkänsla, sängarna är bekväma och luftkonditioneringen fungerar tyst och effektivt. Personalen är hjälpsam utan att vara påträngande. Ett perfekt boende för den som uppskattar enkelhet och god kvalitet.

I had major issues with communication of the staff. It seem there was some issues with the booking then they had a trainee handle the front desk with no management support. I was met with a very unwelcoming staff assistant in me understand to resolve issues with my booking. It seem because the miscommunication the staff im aware I stay the night and pay for the accommodation however they cancelled my booking on booking.com to make it seem as if I didnt stay the night. This comes across as completely dishonest. I wont consider booking at this property again or recommending to friends or family

The breakfast was okay and the room was big.

Cons:

They didn't accept payments by card so I was forced to go from ATM to ATM in the rain to withdraw money to pay for my stay. The room was in poor conditions, very outdated and many things broken. It was full of mold and dust, the fridge was disgusting. This hotel is a big scam, it's 2 stars and that's being kind. I could not stay until the end and left early to another hotel. I ask the reception to call me a taxi and the guy called a grab in a bike, thinking it could fit me and my big suitcase... just avoid this hotel, I don't understand why it has such a high score...
