Great hospitality and wonderful terrace restaurant.
Loved our time at Shahpura House! Check-in was very quick and smooth. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and charmingly decorated. We also enjoyed an incredible lunch at Sapphire Restaurant. delicious food accompanied by wonderful, polite service. If you are looking for an authentic heritage hotel with great hospitality, this is the place to be. Will definitely return!
Nothing as such
The rooms were spacious and the property did justify the heritage feel.
Made us feel like royalty.
Breakfast buffet was exceptional. The spread was nice.
We had dinner at their rooftop restaurant RASA. The ambience was great and the food was mouth drooling.
Overall the stay was exceptional. A must visit if you come to jaipur !!
外観、内装、家具全てとても美しく、とても楽しく、過ごせました。レストランの食事もとてもおいしかったです。
El personal muy amable
Muy viejo
The property was beautiful the and bathrooms were clean and huge. All the cleaning and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had booked a royal suite, we got what looked like a small double room with balcony which they said makes it a 'suite'. It was not a suite and definitely nothing royal about it . I would suggest not to book here if you need space for your family you could be stuck without much space. If not for this and the frosty reception experience we received, the rating would be higher
Only thing good was breakfast. Everything else was below average.
Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not a 5-Star Experience
I booked two Royal Suites at Shahpura House Jaipur through Booking.com, paying specifically for that room category. However, upon arrival, I was given only one Royal Suite, while the second room was a much smaller room that the hotel called a Deluxe Room. This was completely different from what I had booked and paid for.
The hotel markets itself as a 5-star royal heritage property, but based on my experience, it felt closer to a 2-star hotel in terms of service, cleanliness, and overall hospitality.
Here are some examples of what we experienced:
During check-in, I asked the receptionist for drinking water. Despite reminding the staff twice, we did not receive any water for nearly two hours while waiting for our rooms to be ready. Meanwhile, I noticed another couple checking in who were immediately offered a welcome drink, while we received no such hospitality.
When I questioned why I had not received the second Royal Suite that I had booked, I was simply told that it was "not available" or "not ready." That is not an acceptable explanation when a guest has already paid for a specific room category.
The hotel advertises several room amenities on its website. When I asked why these were missing, I was told that guests who book through Booking.com are not entitled to those amenities. I found this extremely surprising and disappointing, especially since there was no such disclosure at the time of booking.
The so-called Royal Suite was dusty, with visible dust even on the telephone and other surfaces, indicating poor housekeeping.
The bath towels were old, heavily worn out, and had a strong chlorine smell, similar to towels used at a swimming pool.
Whenever we requested fresh bath towels, we had to wait for several hours before they were delivered.
We were also unable to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi during check-in because their system had not updated our check-in status.
Emplacement , qualité des chambres , et des salle de bains , bonne literie .
Le restaurant est bon et le petit dej très bien également
I had booked this property for my son, Farhaan Malik, who wanted a comfortable place to stay while exploring Jaipur. What follows is based entirely on his experience and feedback which I summarize below.
Service throughout the property was consistently warm and genuinely guest‑focused. The team’s attitude, appearance, and overall professionalism clearly reflect the high standards of hospitality the establishment is striving to uphold. Housekeeping deserves particular mention for maintaining the rooms and common areas in impeccable condition.
If there is one area that could benefit from enhancement, it would be the breakfast offering. While the quality is good, the menu feels somewhat routine and could be improved with a wider variety of items or occasional rotations to add freshness and appeal.
Overall, the property delivers an excellent experience, combining comfort, courtesy, and well‑maintained facilities—making it a reliable choice for both business and leisure stays.
As I said earlier (which is not a dislike either), if there is one area that could benefit from enhancement, it would be the breakfast offering. While the quality is good, the menu feels somewhat routine and could be improved with a wider variety of items or occasional rotations to add freshness and appeal.
"Wonderful experience! The amenities were great, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the service exceeded expectations."
"Excellent stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location."
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance was pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.
I had a pleasant stay in the Deluxe Room at Hotel Shahpura House. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.
Ben posizionata e pulita
Very nice boutique hotel. So many nice things to see all around. Located in a quiet are of Jaipur, not too far from old town. Staff very welcoming and friendly. There were live shows in the evening, and the pool and spa was nice. Would definitely come back
Nothing
Arquetectura exterior e sobretudo interior imaculada.
Piscina limpa, óptima!
Se voltar a Jaipur saberei onde ficar.
Pequeno almoço deverá ser muito bom para padrão indiano, ligeiramente básico para padrões ocidentais. Nada que implique a opinião global sobre o hotel
Good room, amenities, pool, bar and in amazing price. Good location. Midnight menu concept is amazing.
Staff denied free cancellation earlier which I had asked because of some circumstances. Later denied any kind of early check in also. Breakfast buffet is not good. Fruits were stale, bakery was average, food options were also very limited. Expected a traditional rajasthani welcome knowing it's a traditional rajasthani haveli hotel which was also missing.
heritage and special old style amenties
