Pros:

Minden kérdésre még a megérkezésünk előtt nagyon rövid időn belül válaszoltak. Nagyban megkönnyítette a dolgunkat az előzetes check-in felület, amin keresztül a parkolóhelyet is ki lehetett fizetni. A személyzet rendkívül kedves volt, a gyerekekkel főleg. A szoba tágas volt. Két gyerekkel csak ajánlani tudom ezt a szállást családok számára.

Cons:

A parkolóhely kicsit messzebb és bonyolultabb helyen volt mint előre gondoltuk. De az autó szerencsére nem kellett használni napi szinten, mert bérletet vásároltunk a tömegközlekedésre, így ez sem jelentett igazán gondot az ott tartózkodás alatt.

Pros:

La posizione è abbastanza comoda e la stanza che ci hanno assegnato era luminosa e con vista sul parco

Cons:

Il personale completamente disinteressato e pulizie pessime. Per essere una struttura 4 stelle mancavano kit di cortesia e qualsivoglia bevanda o snack nel frigobar. Inutile chiedere al personale che alla richiesta di una bottiglietta d’acqua ci ha fatto pagare ben 3 euro
