good with a few blemishes
Pros:

the cook lady was extremely attentive to the guests having breakfast - a real bonus of a lady for the hotel

Cons:

a few black hairs on one of the pillows and an extremely curt server / helper that closed up the breakfast doors, exactly at 10am, even seeing that a lady was going to try and pick something up - very rude and I have never seen this attitude towards guests anywhere else.

Very nice bed clean place kids friendly

Cons:

The welcome from the receptionist, Justin, was very cold. There was no “hello,” no explanation or guidance about the elevator, and no information about the hotel’s services, such as breakfast. I was very disappointed. There was no smile, no “thank you,” nothing at all.

It’s a shame because the hotel itself is exceptional, but unfortunately, the first impression was disappointing.

Great hotel for a short stay and longer stay.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. Very Clean the rooms are very big. Breakfast was real good it had a variety of items to eat. The pool area was clean and there were towels available. The hotel itself was clean inside and outside. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has coffee in the lobby as well as Juice and water available to you. The hotel was near shopping and restaurants. Great location and a great hotel.
