Demasiados ruidos para dormir y descansar .

Ubicación y amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Mucho ruido en habitaciones ( tanto en el interior por por aire acondicionado estropeado como en el exterior por máquinas exteriores )
Zona con mosquitos en verano
Lo más decepcionante: presenté una reclamación por escrito y, tres semanas después, sigo sin recibir respuesta.

Great overnighter in Bergamo
Pros:

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Loved the extra touch of the chocolates which were delicious. The bus stop for the airport and Citta Alta were just around the corner.

Cons:

It was expensive for a 3 star hotel, we paid £200 for 1 night however I was impressed with the standard and cleanliness of the reception and our room. We didn’t stay for breakfast so couldn’t comment.

Centralt och perfekt läge för en kortare vistelse i Bergamo
Pros:

Åt inte frukost då den inte ingick utan hittade ett trevligt café.
Perfekt läge och enkelt att åka buss till och från flygplatsen!
Trevligt med drink och bra gym

Cons:

Frukost borde i gått till det priset vi betalade tycker jag, eller varje fall gratis kaffe.
Kändes lite gammalt

Pros:

Veldig sentralt. Busser rett utenfor i alle retninger. Gåavstand til det meste. Matbutikk i nabobygget ( Carrefour). Vi fikk gratis oppgradering av rommet. Kunne velge mellom dunputer og fiberputer, samt mellom dundyne og pledd. Veldig blide og hyggelig personalet til frokost og i resepsjonen. Vi fikk 1 time lengre utsjekk uten å måtte betale. Fint med safe på rommet. Vi hadde rom ut mot hovedvei, men rommet var godt lyisolert så dette plaget ikke oss. Også godt isolert mellom rommene.

Cons:

Manglet kjøleskap på rommet. Kun en søppelbøtte. Skulle ønsket glass og ikke pappkrus på rommet. Litt surr med vaskepersonalet der det ved en anledning manglet håndklær og en annen anledning manglet toalettpapir. Det var ikke mulig å kjøpe kaffe utenom åpningstidene i baren.
