El personal de recepción y cafeteria-comedor es súper amable y hablan español. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en el centro y cerca de todo.

Nice convenient central hotel with great staff. Nothing wow, but totally adequate at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Nice business/tourist hotel in a convenient location in the lower town. Rooms were prepared as requested, and staff were lovely and helpful. Good buffet breakfast including free Prosecco! Good start to the day.

Cons:

The very steep charge to use the pool! This should be included in the price. We didn’t use the pool because it is far too expensive (c.£40!).

Great location able to get bus from around the corner to the old town or use the funicular.

Great location close to the centre, staff were very helpful and room was comfortable and clean, lots of free products in the bathroom

Cons:

Noise outside from groups congregating on the Saturday night outside the mini market kept me awake. It was quieter on the Sunday.
No tea/coffee making facilities in room and you didn’t get complimentary water either

Immer gerne wieder!
Pros:

Der ausgesprochen nette Empfang, der reservierte Parkplatz gleich hinter dem Hotel, die Lage, bei der man zu Fuß alles erreichen kann, das super leckere Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, vor allem sehr viel frisches Obst und tolle Kuchen-Variationen.
