Tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr bemüht und total fleißig. Generell war unser Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet. Durch die vielen Holzelemente war es für uns total gemütlich. Generell ist das ganze Hotel sehr modern gestaltet und wirklich wunderschön. Der Balkon war schön groß und man konnte abends gemütlich draußen sitzen. Ein Highlight war für uns aber jeden Tag das Frühstück, wo es wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat und besonders lecker war der frisch gepresste Orangensaft! Auch der Poolbereich war sehr gemütlich. Man konnte sich an der Poolbar Getränke holen und es waren eigentlich immer Liegen frei. Auch das Personal war immer freundlich und vor allem beim Frühstück super organisiert. Wir haben das Hotel geliebt und würden es weiterempfehlen und auch wieder buchen.

Cons:

Ein wenig mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer würden nicht schaden und was man vielleicht vor der Buchung wissen sollte (für uns aber kein besonderer Störfaktor war): Die Toilette ist vom Zimmer nur mit einer Schiebetür getrennt und lässt sich nicht vollständig verschließen. Im frühstückssaal hallt es ein wenig und daher ist es dort schon eher laut - für uns aber auch kein großen Problem.

The location was a central location, not far away from the beach.

Cons:

We unfortunately had a very bad experience in the hotel. After arriving to the room, we noticed the humidity smell and asked for a room change. We were told that it is not possible to change the room now and there is no guarantee that other room will not have that smell. So, we asked to exit the hotel and refund. We were still charged for that day even though we decided to leave the hotel immediately. It was bad service, inappropriate communication, no real problem solving and we were still paid for it.

Ubytovanie určite odporúčam 😊
Pros:

S pobytom v hoteli sme boli veľmi spokojní. Raňajky boli každý deň veľmi chutné, pestré a bolo z čoho vyberať – ponuka bola naozaj široká.

Veľkou pochvalou je aj personál, ktorý bol počas celého pobytu veľmi milý, priateľský a vždy ochotný pomôcť. Hotel ako celok sa nám veľmi páčil. Všade bolo čisto a upratané a nemáme absolútne čo vytknúť. Veľmi príjemným detailom bola aj hotelová kozmetika, ktorá krásne voňala.

Výborná je aj lokalita hotela. Autobusová zastávka je prakticky hneď cez cestu a na nádhernú pláž sa dá dostať približne za dve minúty. Pláž aj more boli naozaj krásne.

Veľmi sa nám páčili aj hotelové bazény. Jeden z nich bol skvelý aj na plávanie a pri druhom sa nachádzal hotelový bufet, kde bolo takisto jedlo veľmi chutné.

Celkovo sme si pobyt veľmi užili a hotel môžeme určite pochváliť. Radi sa sem vrátime. 😊

Cons:

Jediné, čo by som možno uvítala, je o niečo dlhší čas na raňajky, keďže sa podávali od 8:00 do 10:00. Takisto by sa zišlo trochu viac úložného priestoru na izbe, ale ani to sme nevnímali ako väčší problém.

Celkovo sme boli s pobytom veľmi spokojní a nemáme žiadne zásadné výhrady.

Great staff but the hotel needs to make the rooms and suites more welcoming.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful.
The food was good too.
Location great and easy to get to the beach and local shops.

Cons:

Rooms are basic. They are clean and the beds are ok but there a no coffee or tea making facilities, water is only given upon arrival and no toiletries apart from hand and body wash and shampoo.
The hotel can be quite noisy at times.
