Katastrophales 1-2 Sterne Hotel mit Mängeln ohne Ende!

Gefallen hat uns leider gar nichts.

Cons:

Wir hatten dieses Hotel gebucht, damit unsere Tochter in den Pool gehen kann. Leider wurde uns NACH der Buchung mitgeteilt, dass der Pool wegen Renovierungsarbeiten nicht geöffnet hat. Das ist angesichts des Preises extrem ärgerlich. Zumal wir dann auch ein Hotel direkt Downtown Pisa gebucht hätten (ohne Pool). Des Weiteren war das Restaurant ebenfalls geschlossen.
Das Frühstück war ein Witz. Man hat eine in Folien eingeschweißte Karte erhalten, aus der man auswählen konnte (kein Müsli, kein Joghurt, keine Früchte). Egal was man dann bestellt hat - es kam IMMER das Falsche. Personal ist total überfordert, kann kein Wort Englisch!
Die angeblich renovierten Zimmer wiesen zahlreiche Mängel auf (kein Abfalleimer, Handtücher wurden vergessen, Klopapier ebenfalls nicht ausreichend da, Dreck an den Nachttischen, verdreckte Armaturen im Bad, Spiegel angebrochen, Holzleisten wurden vergessen zu montieren...usw siehe Bilder). Jeden Morgen ab 8 Uhr wurde man mit lautem Hämmern, bohren oder sägen aus dem Bett geschmissen.
Der komplette Eingangsbereich roch im Übrigens durchgehend nach Fäkalien (scheinbar ein Problem mit den Abwasserrohren).
Das ganze Hotel ist eine einzige Katastrophe und nicht annähernd 5 Sterne - eher 1-2 Sterne und zu dem Preis eine Unverschämtheit!

il posto da raggiungere in auto abbastanza comodo e vicino al centro storico x chi viaggiasser per vacanza

Cons:

all'ingresso una puzza di pipì regnava come se nulla fosse, in camera la porta che dava sul balcone non chiudeva bene, aveva anche un pezzo staccato e passava il vento dai vetri, il pavimento era pieno di strisciate dei mobili che in passato erano stati spostati

Solo la colazione, la reception gentili e disponibili e la possibilità di parcheggio (purtroppo esterno)

E' già la terza o quarta volta che soggiorno qui, purtroppo ho notato una scarsa pulizia sia dei corridoi (polvere e foglie), sia in camera da letto nel bagno, pavimento e terrazza (mozziconi di sigarette ancora sul portacenere, da schifo). Lenzuola pulite ma il contesto mi provocava disagio. Spero di trovarmi meglio la prossima volta
