Hôtel avec piscine assez proche du centre mais tout de même un peu loin à pied. Piscine superbe.

Bij het inchecken werd mijn geboekte familiekamer zonder toestemming vervangen door een kleinere kamer onder het mom van

Cons:

Bij het inchecken kreeg ik te horen dat mijn geboekte kamer was “geüpgraded”. Normaal verwacht je bij een upgrade een grotere of betere kamer dan degene die je hebt geboekt. Tot mijn verbazing kreeg ik echter een kleinere kamer.

Toen ik aangaf dat dit niet overeenkwam met mijn reservatie en ik dit niet kon aanvaarden, reageerde het personeel meteen erg onvriendelijk. Na een lange discussie rond 23.00 uur heb ik foto’s van mijn bevestigde reservatie van de familiekamer getoond. Pas daarna hebben ze mij uiteindelijk de kamer gegeven die ik oorspronkelijk had geboekt.

Dit was absoluut niet correct en zeer teleurstellend. Het is de eerste keer dat ik zoiets meemaak.

Wonderful staff but hotel lacks atmosphere throughout

Lovely staff.
Good sized lovely rooms.

Cons:

Very sterile ambience . Needs an interior designer to give it some life. The pool area lacks colour and is again sterile.
Restaurant lacks feel good and is devoid of any sort of interior designer

Sehr schönes Hotel am Rande von Pisa
Pros:

- Gute Lage, man konnte entweder zu Fuß nach Pisa rein oder mit dem Auto schnell in die umliegenden Regionen
- das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, sowohl das der Lobby als auch der Zimmerservice. Alle haben sehr gut Englisch gesprochen.
- das Hotelzimmer hatte einen Mini-Kühlschrank (keine Minibar!) und einen kleinen Tresor, die im Preis inbegriffen waren
- Klimaanlage lief zuverlässig bei permanent über 30 °C Außentemperatur
- großer Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit, für das Be- und Entladen der Gepäcks direkt vor dem Eingang zu parken
- die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, der Zimmerservice war wirklich herausragend!
- der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und desinfiziert

Cons:

- das WLAN war unglaublich langsam und für uns nicht nutzbar. Wir mussten auf mobile Daten zurückgreifen.
- die Öffnungszeiten des Pools waren viel zu kurz (10-19 Uhr). Besonders abends, als die Sonne untergegangen war, wären wir gerne noch etwas in den Pool gegangen.
- Handtücher für die Liegen am Pool lagen nicht immer ausreichend bereit, weshalb das Personal extra angesprochen werden musste.
- das Konzept der Nachtruhe ist in Italien scheinbar nicht verbreitet. Wir fühlten uns an mehreren Tagen von anderen Gästen gestört, die häufig bis in die Nacht laut waren oder auf dem Balkon des Nachbarzimmers Bier getrunken und ohne Rücksicht auf andere laut geredet haben.
- sehr viele Mücken! Wir waren nach 2-3 Tagen bereits komplett zerstochen, trotz präventiven Maßnahmen.
- das Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Etwas mehr Auswahl bei Wurst und Käse wäre schön gewesen. Die süßen Backwaren waren top.
- Wir fühlten uns sehr von den Mitarbeitern beim Frühstück beobachtet, weil wir die Einzigen dort waren (um 7:30 Uhr) und es scheinbar nichts zu tun gab.
- wir hatten leider sehr viele Ameisen an der Balkontür draußen, von denen einige den Weg ins Zimmer gefunden hatten.

Pros:

Lovely pool area. Lovely rooom with nice bathroom and big terracce outside. Comfy bed. Nice dinning area also. Take a taxi to the city center. A little too long for walking on a busy road.

La piscine par les chaleurs de cet été 2026 est un vrai plus et la localisation de l’hôtel par rapport au centre historique de Pise.

Cons:

Se définit comme un 5 étoiles, mais n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Le prix pour pourvoir avoir notre chien avec nous était excessif 25 euros pars jour ça nous a coûté 100 euros en plus. Alors qu’il n’y a rien pour l’animal. Le prétexte a été le fait qu’il fallait plus désinfecter la chambre. Nous avons un bouledogue Français (petit chien) super propre… Le petit déjeuner n’est pas assez varié si vous restez plusieurs jours.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, nur ein paar Minuten vom schiefen Turm entfernt.

Cons:

Wir sind mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und dementsprechend gekleidet, man erntet schiefe Blicke wenn man nicht mit Anzug und Hemd im Hotel spaziert. Im großen und ganzen sehr schönes Hotel.
