Enttäuscht.
Pros:

Absolut kein 5 Sterne Niveau.

Cons:

Keine Ausstattung im Bad. Bei jedem Duschen Überschwemmung da Duschtür nicht richtig schloss. Fehlendes Toilettenpapier. Haare im
Bad. Bei Fenster Öffnen Eintritt von Stechmücken. 700 Euro für ein Standardzimmer für 2 Nächte war mehr als übertrieben.

The room was lovely and spacious.

Cons:

The breakfast sadly fell short, especially on day two where I was informed they had no potato rosties or similar item. Instead we were provided with peas and potato wedges, which don't really go with breakfast items such as egg and bacon.

Ottimo cinque stelle vicino alla Torre
Pros:

Disponibilità e accoglienza del personale, struttura recente e pulita, ben organizzata, spazi ampi e camere eccellenti. Letto ottimo e prima colazione eccellente, a livello di un cinque stelle (ottima la presenza di un cuoco disponibile a cucinare cose extra), ristorante di ottimo livello con piatti originali e servizio top, posizione molto vicina alla piazza dei Miracoli con il Battistero e la torre pendente.

Cons:

Aria condizionata rumorosa e forse non regolabile (sembra che lo sia ma poi la temperatura torna sempre a quella impostata dal sistema), qualche formica e geco di troppo al primo piano (gli altri piani erano forse chiusi), comunque tutto superabile con un po’ di attenzione in più

Geweldig als je naar Pisa wilt gaan
Pros:

Geweldig hotel. Dichtbij Pisa, het hotel is onder verbouwing, maar hebben wij geen seconden last van gehad.

Déçus de la chambre et du petit déjeuner pour un hôtel 5 étoiles

Le calme, l’emplacement et le parking

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas du niveau d’un cinq étoiles. Le petit déjeuner était quantitatif, mais pas qualitatif. Il n’y avait quasiment personne dans l’hôtel.

Fabulous + comfortable hotel, wonderful staff, amazing chef, free parking, near to Pisa airport
Pros:

The hotel was booked last minute and when arrived there was a pool which I didn't use but looked fab. Also the restaurant far exceeded my expectations. Ate dinner which was absolutely delicious and breakfast was also great value for money too. The reception staff were very friendly and pleasant too. The free gated parking was also the first I came across on this trip in Italy. So many extras for a great price and also a short drive from the airport.

Cons:

Nothing - this hotel hit the spot on all accounts. They clearly know their business well and conduct themselves impeccably. Thank you to all concerned.
