very nice stay, very spacious, with a nice panoramic view, could be less insects in the bathrooms

The stunning view was amazing!! the big apartment provided lots of space, we had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday here. The large open bedrooms were very clean, besides the fact that some insects came inside.

Cons:

That’s the thing.. it was an amazing stay, but you got to tell that we really had a bug problem at some point, first day it was bees in our bathroom, second day it was spiders … and third day we had centipedes.. it was like the were shaking hands for shift change..
but it’s a tropical island so yeah it’s totally to expect that some of them somehow can find the way into your apartment..

Cons:

The reception staff were terrible, laughing at basic requests. Refused to give passports back. Everything was very slow we had to wait for an hour after our checkout to get a shuttle down the mountain. To be clear it was the receptionists that were bad, the workers at the restaurant were fantastic as were all of the drivers.

Pros:

The staff were amazing and very welcoming, Foggy was very helpful 😀. The villa was very clean and spacious with very good air-conditioning as well as the pools being very clean and well looked after. We will definitely be back again in the near future 🙌

Pros:

The place was perfect, the residence itself was well maintained and staff were great.
The two younger gentlemen were welcoming and work ethic and hospitality were above and beyond. One particularly definitively touch our hearts.
Will definitely be back and recommend our overall visit to family and friends.

Pros:

Amazing helpful staff. Shuttle down to main road a massive bonus due to the hilly location.
Amazing view from pool from our suite.

Cons:

It's up a very steep hill. We had a scooter, but you need to be a confident rider to get up and down. Use the free shuttle and get a Grab if you are not confident.

Cons:

Breakfast is not included with the room price. Restaurant serve breakfast at around 350 thb but quantity is not enough. They should allow free shuttle till midnight.
