Pros:

Beautiful resort very well cared for. Excellent staff including Froggy.
Rooms large and had everything we needed. Very clean and well provided for. Great semi private pool. Good wifi.

Cons:

Shuttle down the hill not running enough. Taxi or Grab some will not travel up the hill. Can be difficult when booking excursions.

Breathtaking, tranquil stay at Panorama Suites!
Pros:

We took the very large Garden Suite (250sq m) with its side pool which was absolutely lovely. The sliding doors opened out fully to make the space feel even bigger stunningly beautiful. The view across to Ko Phangan was simply breathtaking. The decent-sized pool was a real treat too.

If you like being slightly away from it all, go to Panorama. It felt really special and private.

There are buggies to whisk you to the in-house restaurant wherever you want...and shuttles every 90 minutes to take you down the hill to the basic shops..7-eleven and a pharmacy, fruit¹ stall....and many beachside restaurants.

My children adored the glamorous feel of the place. We moved down to the beachfront after our stay at Panorama for a different holiday experience.

It is very quiet and peaceful so maybe not for everyone, but we loved and I think it was great value for money.

Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothng to complain about for us. Might be too quiet and out of the way for some.

Clean rooms with beautiful views
Pros:

Staff were all polite and fantastic, rooms were clean and had amazing views with private infinity pools. Very quiet location

Cons:

Location may be a bit far out for some and as its on a steep hill you cant just go for a walk to explore the local area, but if you prefer quiet this is actually a bonus and the hotel offers regular shuttles to the main road

Pros:

Wir hatten das größte Penthouse. Es war sehr geräumig aber die Ausstattung ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechend abgenutzt. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmermädchen sind extrem lustlos und faul, es wird nur oberflächlich gewischt. Man muss regelrecht betteln, dass die Damen sich etwas bemühen und ordentlich putzen. Das übrige Personal ist sehr sehr nett! Das Restaurant und die Küche ist sehr gut, davon waren wir mehr als überrascht. Es wird frisch und vor einem im Restaurant gekocht. Wir hatten 13 Nächte gebucht und wollten am 14. Tag noch für weitere 6 Stunden das Penthaus nutzen, hatten angeboten 50% des regulären Preises zu bezahlen, was uns laut deren Management verwehrt wurde. Stattdessen mussten wir über booking ein Zimmer buchen. Allein daran sieht man die Logik der verantwortlichen dort. Lieber putzt man 2 Zimmer anstatt einem Gast entgegen zu kommen, der locker 5000-6000€ in den 13 Tagen dort ausgegeben hat. Wie überall in Asien, wird nicht mitgedacht und es gibt kein Anzeichen dafür, dass selbständig mitgedacht wird. Es wird alles nur mach Vorschrift bzw Vorgabe gemacht. Leider sind die Asiaten menschliche Roboter...Ausnahmen gibt es sicherlich, aber auf unserer Asienreise Japan Südkorea Singapur Thailand, waren alle gleich!

Cons:

Die fehlende Sauberkeit. Die Zimmer sind abgenutzt. Das Reinigungspersonal war extrem faul und unfreundlich. Das Management inkompetent. Genaue Erklärung siehe oben, falls es nicht gekürzt oder zensiert wird!!!

Amazing view and spacious apartment. Western styled and modern. Good communication on WhatsApp with staff. The free Shuttlebus to the city down below was appreciated although a grab car was also cheap .

Cons:

One time the electricity went (not their fault though) and later the water was gone briefly. One toilet had a bad smell and one room did not have a functioning aircondition. Kitchen lacked several basic utinsils .

Resorten er meget bra, og lever absolutt opp til hvordan de markedsfører seg på booking, med personale som er imøtekommende og høflige, vi booket leilighet på 250m2 med privat basseng, og var superfornøyd med basseng, utsikt og fasiliteter både innendørs og utendørs, hadde opprinnelig booket 7 netter men forlenget oppholdet med 5 netter ekstra siden vi var så fornøyd..

Cons:

Etter å ha forlenget oppholdet med 5 dager ekstra merket vi en betydelig endring i service, spesielt i restauranten da vi ble sittende i 2 timer før vi fikk mat, dette skyldtes et stort nyankommet reisefølge som skulle ha maten tilberedt på eget vis, og flere andre bord i restauranten måtte vente til dette følget var ferdig før vi fikk bestille, i tillegg opplevde vi ved flere anledninger at shuttle som henter og bringer gjester ned til hovedveien plutselig dro uten oss fordi de var fulle selv om vi hadde reservert god tid i forveien.

Oppsummert er vi meget fornøyd med totalopplevelse, og ville absolutt booket hos Panorama igjen.

Pros:

The residences are amazing, the staff are exceptionally friendly and supportive.Nothing is never to much. Always on hand to make the stay a pleasurable experience, so much so we stayed for 3 days then decided to stay for another 3 weeks. Amazing place and people.

The location have to wait for shuttle bus one every hour even if u just want to pop to shop and if u rent a bike have to drive up an impossible hill to dangerous so ur sort of stuck
