Great hotel fantastic staff loved staying here would definitely recommend
An excellent hotel with sea facing views. Room quality excellent. Complimentary water and mini bar at a cost. Hotel staff were great and very helpful more especially in being able to speak English. Food was excellent both evening means and breakfast, Breakfast staff so pleasant. There were building works in progress in the Basement which was a bit dusty in the car park and conjested with Work vehicles. My hire car got bashed whilst parked in the car park but to be honest it had that many other densts and scratches the lease company didnt notice on its return ( yet!) ....but could have been expensive....but heh... every journey in the car was like the wacky races!
If you are looking for the top hotel in Taranto, this is it. Literally this is where VIPs stay when visiting the area. Great, comfortable stay overall. Parking is somewhat of a mystery, €15/day is a bit lofty. Free street parking is available is you have the time.
My stay at Hotel Delfino in Taranto was absolutely wonderful and truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, I felt incredibly welcomed and genuinely cared for.
A huge thank you to the manager for the professionalism, kindness, and for creating such a warm and special atmosphere. The entire restaurant team was amazing — always smiling, attentive, friendly, and so welcoming. Every meal was a pleasure not only because of the delicious food, but also thanks to the exceptional service and positive energy.
Special thanks as well to the lady at the reception, who was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming from the very beginning. She made me feel truly comfortable, relaxed, and at home throughout my stay.
This hotel is made special by the wonderful people who work there. Thank you to the entire team for such a beautiful experience. I will gladly come back and highly recommend Hotel Delfino to everyone! ❤️

Jolie vue depuis la chambre, très bon petit déjeuner avec des serveuses attentionnées.
Personnel de la réception réactif face aux soucis que nous avons rencontrés avec notre chambre.
Fraîchement rénovée, cette chambre n’est malheureusement pas à la hauteur: porte de la salle de bain que ne s'ouvre qu'aux 3/4, et qui ne se ferme pas sans un tour de clé. La climatisation fait un boucan terrible et il est impossible de la couper. Nous avons tout essayé mais avons fini par faire intervenir quelqu’un qui a du effectuer des travaux dans notre chambre. Deux énormes télés ont été installées dos à dos. Nous n'en avons pas compris l’utilité d'autant qu'une seule télécommande était disponible ....Le clou du spectacle se trouvait sous le lit !! le sol n'ayant sûrement vu ni aspirateur ni serpillière depuis des lustres !!! Bref.... dommage parce que la ville est charmante.

Whilst this was a good place for us to get some R+R on a busy holiday, Taranto itself has seen better days.
Also thought an 8 euro surcharge for an omelette at breakfast was steep.

Parking gratuit très important et très pratique
Delfino ligt op een prachtige locatie. Het uitzicht op zee is heerlijk en het is vlakbij centro historico; zeer interessant én nog heel veel op te knappen,
Je kunt er heerlijk ontbijten en dineren. Parkeren op het terrein. Helaas te laat in het seizoen dus geen dolfijnen meer te zien en het zwembad was al dicht.
The location was great. I had a room looking out to the sea which was gorgeous. I enjoyed the open air pool. I appreciated Soya milk and vegan croissants were available but otherwise the vegan choices were limited.
I didn’t find the bed very comfortable.
It was difficult to get a soft drink during the day and there was rarely any water in my room.
