Food was the highlight of my stay!
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for around 12–13 days, and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff and housekeeping team were always courteous, caring, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.
The true highlight of my stay, however, was the food. Chef Arjit Srivastava and his team went above and beyond to ensure that every meal was prepared according to my dietary requirements. Being away from home for such a long time can often feel difficult, but the quality, consistency, and care that went into the food made me feel completely at home.
Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that Chef Arjit genuinely cared about providing a great experience rather than simply serving food. That level of attention and hospitality made a lasting impression on me.
I genuinely look forward to returning, and a big reason for that is the incredible food I had during my stay. Thank you once again to Chef Arajit Srivastava and his entire team for making my stay so memorable.

Nice Experience!
Pros:

Experience was great! Rooms are pretty specious, Clean, Quiet & Value for money.

Special thanks to entire IRD team. Mr. Aditya Thakur, Ms. Vaishnavi Singh, Mr. Mandeep & Mr. Rishi you guys were really helpful and courteous.

It was delightful and little clouds in the sky made it more beautiful
Pros:

Location is good, it’s the main road but not noisy. Rooms are very neat and clean. And my girls Sakshi and Amisha made breakfast a little more beautiful with their hospitality and presence of mind. Had a lovely stay

Appreciation for Chef Arjit and team
Pros:

I’m writing to express my appreciation for the team and their service at the restaurant. The food is great as always. However, I’d like to mention Chef Arjit who has been particularly kind and diligent when it comes to customising orders. In my case, the team has really helped when it came to preparing food for my father who is battling a chronic illness. I had the most wonderful experience with *Ms. Vaishnavi Singh* from In Room Dining at Courtyard Marriott Gurugram. I had just returned from a 12-hour flight and was exhausted. Vaishnavi took such good care of me. She quickly figured out what I would like and suggested a delicious spread. She made sure everything was served hot and checked back to ensure I enjoyed the food. Chef Arjit is always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every meal a wonderful experience. He consistently goes out of his way to accommodate our dietary restrictions and special requests with great care, ensuring everything is prepared perfectly without compromising on taste. I had a wonderful stay at the COURTYARD MARRIOTT, GURUGRAM DOWNTOWN, made even more memorable by VAISHNAVI SINGH from the in-room dining team.
Every time I ordered, she impressed me with her incredibly polite tone and patient listening to my specific needs. Her thoughtful food suggestions were spot on every single time.

The service was remarkably prompt with all food arriving exactly on time.
