Posizione, pulizia, camera enorme e spaziosa.
Personale molto accogliente e simpatico
Potrebbero essere un po’ più “ordinati” sul punto di servizio al personale vicino agli ascensori

Convenient location
Bed sheets with spots, thin towels, very dirty walls in the room
Plenty of space, comfy beds, good breakfast
Absolutely disgusting finger prints everywhere beds stained walls we’re disgusting had to ask for another room and got the second room and was just as bad then they tried to show us one last room and the trash was full black streaks going down the walls ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING do not stay here! Price was outrageous as well for it to be unsanitary like that
The manger was no help. I’ve been staying every weekend for the last month. I had an emergency come up today and had to check out early. Asked if they could refund me or credit for next time and they said no they couldn’t help. Very sad

When I booked, I called them to make sure the hot tub and pool were working when I got there after 11 hours of driving they said no it was down for maintenance both of them and it was on the website and I should’ve looked at the website before I came. I explained I called and looked on the website. I didn’t see anything. I asked if I could get a refund and she said no they were extremely rude and the king-size bed only had three pillows. It was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very small.
Stayed here when returning from a family reunion out west. I stay in around a dozen motel/hotels per year.
I reserved this place based on location, price, photos and reviews.
I booked a king suite. When I arrived, the front desk person (flat, friendly-less dull and marginally sociable person) said nothing about the room.
When arriving at the room, the first thing I noticed is that there's no door on the bathroom. As in, the door and hinges had been removed, but the mount holes and obvious former-door presence were there. That bathroom is so wide open to the room, there is zero privacy. In fact, you can watch tv while doing your toilet thing and everyone in the room with you can hear, see and *smell* you.
The next thing I noticed, after filling the jacuzzi, is that it didn't work. It was broken. I was going to call the front desk, but there was *NO* telephone in the room.
The next morning I informed the new front desk person about the missing door, and she said, "We know".
I then informed her about the broken jacuzzi, and she said, "We know", and on both answers, she just stared at me.
No "We are sorry, someone should have told you". No "We are working on it to get it fixed". No "Would you like a partial refund". Just a dumb, blank brainless stare and locked jaw, as if it were me who did something wrong by bringing up the room's shortfalls.
Sleep Inn -- do better, both with your staff hiring, training and your legal disclosure obligations.
Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean.
The 2nd night I had been there, I ended up being the ER with my daughter all night. Didn't get back to the hotel until 5am. I told them the situation and asked if I could check out at 1130am or 12pm so we could get some sleep since we'd been up all night. They said I would be charged an extra $25 for the extra 30 minutes to an hr. I felt they could have been a little more understanding.
Located close to where I needed to be and the staff were nice.
My room smelled, the tv did not work, light switch was coming off the wall, bathroom was dirty.
This hotel always pleasantly surprises me.
The staff members are always very attentive.
The rooms are very clean, and everything works perfectly.
The breakfast is excellent for starting the day.
The place is quiet and safe.
It is an excellent choice; I’ll be back again in August.
No swimming pool, under renovation.
The bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet.
It was not clean. There were grubby marks on the walls, stains on the sheets, and wallpaper peeling.
Good location
It was ok. Ice machines broken on all floors
Breakfast was basic
