Pros:

Clean, beautiful building and comfortable beds.

Cons:

It is a large hotel so very busy: breakfast is crowded as well as swimming pool way too crowded.

Pros:

Very helpful, attentive staff. Spacious rooms, very quiet at night whilst sleeping. Housekeeping staff were brilliant, very punctual with room requests. The location was fantastic too. Breakfast was plentiful with good choices of food and beverages. The pool area was pleasant but very busy.

Cons:

No dislikes at all.. If I was to be picky, I'd say the pillows on the bed are too soft, we had to ask for extra pillows.

Great trip
Pros:

I came to Budapest for work but stayed an extra day. I was very impressed with the hotel. I was in room 537 which was spacious and quiet. The bed and shower were fantastic. I used the sauna and pool and found them clean and relaxing. The main selling point here though is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and professional. I would suggest this hotel quite highly. The hotel has an interesting history and there are wonderful restaurants close by. My favourite being the Hummusbar, within walking distance of the hotel.

A very warm, welcoming hotel near the bustling areas of Pest.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. There was a spa and outdoor pool, and the location was very handy to the main area of Pest.
I was in need of printing documents, which I was able to do free of charge.
The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of foods.
Very comfortable beds and really clean:-)

Cons:

Sadly, complimentary water was only given on our arrival, so we had to continually go out to buy more water.
There was only shower gel in the bathroom; so again, needed to go buy conditioner.
There was always a very long wait for tyre lift.

Very good hotel in Budapest
Pros:

Great location.
Very good breakfast.
Clean.
Nice and helpful staff

Cons:

Minor maintenance issues that were fixed immediately by the hotel.
A coffee machine would be nice.

Very good location - right in the heart of the city
Gym was relatively well equipped
Breakfast was tasty
Rooftop terrace is a nice way to relax

Cons:

The standard room is extremely small, especially the bathroom & shower cabin
The mattress and pillows were extremely soft
Internet connection is OK for browsing but since I had to do work, it presented some challenges connecting to video calls.
