Booked two rooms, a queen suite and king room, both should have have sofa sleepers, neither did. When I brought this to staff’s attention that I wasn’t given the correct rooms nothing was done to accommodate me and my party, they simply stated they couldn’t change it and it was because I booked third party. I stayed at this hotel last year as well and booked the same way and had no problems with my room type. Well the bathroom toilet flooded the queen room at 12 am on day 2 of our stay and guess what we were moved to a Queen suite that I originally booked!
