All staff was very polite and customer focused. Each and every time I got a very good quick response.

On arrival I was asked to pay food bills of room service by cash on refusal they asked me to pay by card which I did. Now those bills they refused to give me on check out.
The staff was clueless. My order taking had to be repeated 3 times. They kept saying I didn't order on follow up of my order. This happen twice .
The food festival was really good of rajasthan cuisine specially Dall korma really yummy thanks to Mr surest who was there's to assist
AC doesn’t work, I came for 24 hrs only .
After flying for 6 hrs during night reached at 7:30 am. Slept after breakfast and staff rings my door bell at 11 am continuously . I have not seen such unprofessional ppl .
Avoid this hotel at all cost . House keeping staff was the one who came and rang my bell again and again after 3 hrs after checkin. AC is pathetic room temp will not go below 22 in afternoon because of the sun heat. AC NOT AFFECTIVE
Our stay at Le Méridien Nagpur had a disappointing start due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The room had a strong smell of smoke that persisted despite being sprayed, the flush was not functioning, the wash basin was dirty, and there were pan stains on the wall beside the toilet. The extra bed mattress was in poor condition, and even the carpet in the lobby outside our room had visible mud stains.
Unfortunately, the issues extended to the dining experience. The table assigned to us had dirty placemats, and it took two replacements before clean ones were provided.
What was most concerning was that these were basic housekeeping and quality checks that should have been identified before a guest arrived. After we showed photographs of the issues to the reception team, they responded promptly, offered complimentary snacks (which we declined), and upgraded us to a much cleaner room on the 7th floor.
While the staff made a genuine effort to recover the situation after receiving feedback, the initial experience reflected negligence and a lack of attention to cleanliness. Credit to the team for trying to make amends, but such issues should not occur at a hotel of this standard.
