Prima hotel, maar echt aantal irritaties gehad!

Op het vliegveld hebben we meer dan een uur op de shuttlebus moeten wachten. Als we dit van tevoren hadden geweten, hadden we voor ongeveer 10 Canadese dollar een Uber genomen. In dat geval was onze keuze waarschijnlijk ook niet op dit hotel gevallen.

Daarnaast vonden we het erg storend dat het personeel het ontbijt al om 09.45 uur begon op te ruimen, terwijl er tot 10.00 uur ontbeten kan worden. Dit vinden wij zeer klantonvriendelijk. Als ontbijt tot 10.00 uur wordt aangeboden, mag je verwachten dat het aanbod ook daadwerkelijk tot die tijd beschikbaar blijft.
