Excellent room and friendly staff
Pros:

Everything was terrific - lovely comfortable room and BED, nice big bathroom with an excellent shower, and a REALLY good breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, too!

Great hotel with airport shuttle
Pros:

Great breakfast, selection of different breakfast items and I loved that there was turkey bacon! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Загалом я дуже задоволена чистотою, свіжістю та дизайном номера і загалом задоволена проживанням.
Pros:

Свіжий і дуже чистий номер та постіль, зручне ліжко і подушки, чудовий вид з вікна, велика ванна кімната, хороша звукоізоляція. По відчуттях номер був дуже затишним ❤️

Cons:

Було б добре, якби в номері була пляшка з питною водою та стакан. На сніданку, на жаль, взагалі не було овочів, ні свіжих, ні приготованих. В готелі є басейн, але вбиральня біля басейну була досить брудна.

There is a shuttle from hotel to airport and the terminal 1, which allow you to take a train ride straight to downtown Toronto.

Excellent stay for high quality clean comfortbale hotel
Pros:

Great staff, room was clean and cleaning schedule was well communicated.
Breakfast was consistent and good as far as continental breakfasts are it’s the best.
Located on a golf course is a nice bonus.
Shuttle service to the airport is very convenient for flying in or out and awesome for getting to the UP train.

Cons:

Even with the shuttle it is not the most convenient location for downtown events but the price and what it offers makes up for that

Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms , transfer to airport

Cons:

After telling the receptionist that I have reservation with booking she told me it was not paid until I show bill from booking, next I had to pay security deposit ONLY by credit card , which I didn't have on me, any alternative as paying by debit/cash/etransfer was not accepted, had to find credit card , add it to my electronic wallet and pay otherwise I won't be able to check in. Next morning after asking when the security deposit will be refunded , being told that I didn't pay a security deposit , had to show bank app with the withdraw , after that asked to double check on which card will be refund and it was not the card with which I played , so I don't think I'll be refunded

Amazing staff
Pros:

We landed early and when we got the rental we realized the hotel wasn't more than a few minutes. With nothing to do we drove to the hotel to see if we could check in early. The woman who checked us in was so nice. She said our room was ready and was really Sweet about making a 3rd key. We knew it wasn't a guarantee that we'd be able to check in early, but it was really nice to be able to.
