WHERE IS MY REFUND?????!!!
Pros:

Room wasn’t ready half an hour after check in and I was told “we can’t tell you when it will be”.
Requested a refund and got no response.

Cons:

I didn’t even get my room.

Pros:

Les chambres avec un style moderne , une laverie à disposition, le lot confortable

Cons:

La Clim très bruyante avec le panneau de contrôle qui ne fonctionne pas, la chambre n’était pas insonorisé donc le bruit de l’extérieur très présent.

Pros:

Great spot on the river with lots of food options around.Nice amenities, loved the breakfast and the bar options on site, pool, games, the courtyard, accommodating staff. The room was clean. Thank you!

Cons:

The courtyard can get noisy late at night,but they provide earplugs.

Nice place. I'd stay again but would go out for breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable, great location. The shampoo smelled amazing!

Cons:

I actually got an eye roll when checking out because the clerk was just going to walk away and I showed up. The breakfast was lackluster.

We had a good stay & there were things that could have been better especially given the price ifvtoo

Breakfast Choices were good. An issue was poor process & not enough staff . One needed to order & pay for bkfast at front desk at same time many guests wanting bkf wanted to check out. Took too long.

Gym was good.

Cons:

Parking attendant very helpful although the valet space to park was far for attendant over bridge across the street… so took attendant a good while.

Price for valet parking was outrageous . Anyone with mobility issues had to use it as other pkg was not close to hotel & a long walk .Thus it was especially hard for older or mobility challenged guests.

Really nice hotel if you want to go to Fiserv Forum, beware of construction and long valet waits.
Pros:

The hotel is a block from Fiserv Forum making it very easy to get to the venue for Bucks games or concerts. The room is comfortable, however there is construction across the street so expect noise at 7AM on weekdays for at least a few years. Not all rooms face the constructions which makes it interesting and more fun if you're on the river. One thing that I liked was that the emails that you get from them welcoming you and thanking you are sent by real people that I met and interacted is.

Cons:

There is no ice machine and bags of ice available, except they aren't always in the freezers. If you use valet parking (which is the only parking available on-site), plan to wait, and wait. I requested my car and was initially #26 in the queue. I paid $5 (DO THIS) to bump up to #2....and still it took 40 minutes to get our car.

La posizione

Cons:

La stanza era sporca, sulla macchinetta del caffè c’era polvere. Nella prenotazione c’era incluso il parcheggio ma quando siamo arrivati volevano addebitarci 100$ di valet (non abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio a quel punto). Hanno fatto storie anche per la colazione, da Booking era già inclusa, ma l’ hotel voleva addebitarcela extra.

Small spot for a high price in an unsafe area.
Pros:

That it was downtown around all the venues I wanted to be around.

Cons:

No secure parking. Valet is way to expensive and there was not waiver or anything for parking. Charge is high for a hotel in that location, and then it an additional $100 just to keep your vehicle safe. Had to park blocks away from the hotel to keep the vehicle in a safe place.
