Absolutely not recommended
Cons:

I have been traveling to China for a long time since 2012 and have visited a lot of different hotels of this brand and others. Every time I try to leave reviews to share my experience with fellow self-travelers. This time is not an exception. Long story short, this hotel has such bad management and is absolutely not worth the money.

I will provide some examples of this hotel's service:

1. When I arrived, the room was horrible (photo attached, and take a look at this BEAUTIFUL view outside) and I asked to change it, but they said "we don't have available rooms to change!" But it has about 30 floors and dozens of rooms on each one. So they never changed my room.

2. I tried to change USD to RMB for about 3 days and 5 times. This is normal for each hotel in which I stayed, but here it is NOT. Every time they said "come later and we will do it." But every time they found new reasons why they could not.

3. I asked to call a taxi. They said "you should do it yourself."

These are just some examples of my stay in this hotel. That's why I definitely do not recommend staying here. The rating on Booking.com and the 5* rating are not suited for this hotel. This is truly a 3* hotel and should be a maximum 7 rating. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money. I starred it 3* only for a good breakfast.

Very nice stay in a comfortable ambiance

Amazing staff ! Special thanks to Judy who accommodated our special needs when we had to leave very early in the morning !

Cons:

Comfy beds, amazing lounge club with excellent food and service ! Highly recommend

Pros:

Очень просторные номера, везде чисто, классный вид из окна, доброжелательный персонал, унитаз с подогревом 🤣🤣 с биде теплой водой, все условия замечательнын

Cons:

В санузле протекала вода, еда очень скучная и не разнообразная, маленький выбор еды, отсутствие чайных ложек и соли

너무 붐비지않지만 믹스몰과 멀지않은 곳의 5성급 호텔을 찾으신다면..!
Pros:

믹스몰과는 거리가 있지만 그렇게 멀지않고 오히려 믹스몰보단 사람이 덜 붐벼서 좋았어요. 바로 옆에는 CBD(완다프라자) 있어서 그 안에 판다헤어스파, 차지, 루이싱커피 등등 있을 거 다 있어서 좋았답니다!
다안... 와우뷰티,팝마트는 없지만 비슷한 편집샵들도 꽤 있어 처음보는? 중국 현지 의류브랜드들이 많아서 더 구경하기 좋았어요!

공항과 48분 택시거리 믹스몰과도 택시로8분? 거리라서 돌아다니기 좋아요!!
덜 붐비는 곳을 찾으신다면 적극 추천이요!! 직원분들 전부 다 친절하시고 호텔에 수영장,피트니스,룸에 욕조, 넓은 1층로비, 짐보관(짐 지키는 직원), 보면 다들 인사해주시고 웃어주심, 체크인시 짐 같이 옮겨주는 서비스까지 나름 5성급의 서비스가 있었어요.

Cons:

청소가..쪼금 전체적으로 아쉬웠어요. 그리고 호텔이 전체적으로 노후화되어서 조금 낡은..? 그리고 욕실에 불이 안들어오고 녹이 어디서 계속 나왔지만 나름 잘 피해서 썼어욤. 그리고 수영장 시설은 좋았는데.... 그 온천은.. 뭔가 벽지껍질? 같은게 떠다녀서 앉아있다가 근방 일어났구 락커실에 어디서 물이 터졌는지 물바다였고.. 사우나는 안켜져있더라구요. 7시부터 운영이고 한..7시20분? 그때갔는데 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 룸도 구석구석보면.. 커텐엔 모기 잡은 흔적도있고 그렇더라구욯ㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 온도조절이 뭔가 딱 맞게 잘 되는? 느낌이라 건조하거나 춥거나 있지않게 잘 있다 갔어요~~ 욕조가 최고..
