Pros:

Las instalaciones y la limpieza de la mismas pese a estar en una isla. La atención y la playa.

Cons:

El transporte debería de estar incluído, el horario del restaurante por la noche termina a las 21.00, lo cual es demasiado pronto para mi gusto, y no pasó el servicio de limpieza por la habitación.

The boat left later than expected due to the world cup final, which was frustrating but also not the fault of the staff. Other guests hadn't paid their bills because they were glued to the screens.

la comida deliciosa, un poco demorada para mi gusto, en general todo el hotel super lindo. personal atento y servicial. camas super comodas. almohadas un poco altas pero pedimos que nos las cambiaran y estuvo bien. a pesar de que todos los dias llegan pasadias, la gente no se ve, no te sientes ahogado con tanta gente. Ambiente super tranquilo, el mar muy lindo. la playa pequeña pero muy linda.

Cons:

si dejas para el ultimo dia el pago de las cuentas, podrias pagar cosas que no has consumido, sobre todo en bebidas (que es lo mas costoso). el hotel debe tener cuidado con eso.

El hotel cumple pero el entorno no.

Las habitaciones son muy lindas. La zona de comedor también. El agua es turquesa aunque las playas no son su fuerte

Cons:

Toda la isla es un abandono, basura por todos lados. Desprolijo. Si piensan hacer playa no es el lugar el hotel tiene una playa diminuta.

Prachtige locatie, mooie kamers, meeste medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk

Overdag kan het er erg druk zijn wegens mensen die er enkel de dag doorbrengen, sommige medewerkers waren nogal nors en niet echt behulpzaam

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kamers zijn modern, strak ingericht en zeer comfortabel. De airconditioning werkte uitstekend, wat erg prettig was in het warme klimaat.
Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zorgde ervoor dat we ons direct welkom voelden. Ook het restaurant serveerde prima gerechten.
Het resort zelf oogt wat sober, maar is goed onderhouden en straalt rust uit. Op het strand waren voldoende ligbedden en schaduwplekken beschikbaar, waardoor je altijd een fijne plek kon vinden.

Dit is een ideale bestemming om volledig te ontspannen. Daarnaast is het een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor duiken en snorkelen.

Cons:

Een kleine verbetering zou zijn als je ook eten bij het strand zou kunnen bestellen. Dat zou de strandervaring nog completer maken.

Beautiful island escape with friendly staff, great snorkeling, even better after day trips leave

We loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were much nicer than we expected. The beach is beautiful all day, but it becomes something really special once the day visitors head home and the island gets quiet.

If you’re considering a visit, I’d highly recommend spending at least one night, and two if you can. That’s when you really get to appreciate the place. The snorkeling was excellent, and we found the prices for food, drinks, and other extras to be surprisingly reasonable.

One thing that stood out was how clean everything was—even the beach bathrooms were spotless.

This isn’t a luxury resort with endless amenities, and that’s exactly why we liked it. It’s a laid-back island experience with a lot of charm and natural beauty. By the end of our stay, we were already talking about coming back and bringing the rest of the family.

El trato de parte de personal

Cons:

Hay que pagar por todo, transporte, comida y otras cuestiones. El hotel ya es bastante caro y no te incluye más que la habitación. Además solo disponen de 1 viaje al dia para volver. No lo recomiendo

Hotel com beleza natural impecável, árvores extraordinárias que se misturam com o azul turquesa do mar. Quarto ótimo, limpo, com bom ar condicionado!
A comida foi um dos pontos altos, pratos deliciosos, e o destaque foi para a equipe de garçons e baristas, que foram super atenciosos e gentis!
Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis e prontos para nos atender, mas o grande destaque foi o José, que nos tratou com extrema gentileza, conversou sobre diversos temas e deu suporte em tudo que precisamos!
