Collie and Lomor Made Our Stay Amazing!
Pros:

Great stay! The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. Collie provided outstanding customer service, and Lomor made the best omelet at breakfast. They both made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very disappointing. The staff at breakfast were exceptional and kind and the food was very good.
Pros:

The property was tastefully decorated.

Cons:

The guests were smoking drugs and it filled the hallways. My children were not able to swim due to “maintenance” of the pool. The grounds keeper assured us that it would be open the following morning and it was not.

Wonderful and modern Embassy Suites!
Pros:

In the past, we have been disappointed in the decline in quality of Embassy Suites hotels—especially the one in Destin where we are headed.

This one is wonderful! Nice, cool, modern and so clean with excellent customer service. The rooms were large and amazing and rival some of the elite hotels where we’ve stayed. We’d come back for a visit just to stay here!

The nice clean room.

Cons:

I wasn't aware of it not having a jacuzzi like the rest of them, and the pool water looked really dirty. I'm not use to seeing a pool with suds and the water was dirty.

Wonderful property in a convenient location.
Pros:

This is a very nice property. Appears to be pretty new. Open and spacious lobby with plenty of seating areas to wait for rides, work, socialize, whatever. Excellent food and service in the restaurant/bar area. Rooms are beautiful. I am a fan of hard surface floors, and love the touch of an area rug under the bed. Bathroom is well appointed and clean. Like that there was access to the bathroom from the living area and bedroom area. Breakfast was wonderful. Omelette was well made by friendly staff. QR codes make tipping easy. And free parking was an added bonus. I will be back.
