The place is awesome
I love the staff! They warmly greeted me and asked about my reason for staying. Ms. Teresa at the front desk informed me about the amenities of the hotel and Happy Hour!!! The room was cleaned and well organized. The beds were comfortable and sleep well. The breakfast staff was warm and friendly.

Pro: Nice rooms, helpful staff and maintenance, bed was comfy, room was spacing
Cons: thermostat didn’t work so I force all night after it was fixed. Had to get it fixed the next night. The steamer didn’t work so I had to get maintenance to get me another in late at night.
There was hair in my bathroom sink and toilet, and the doors were dirty. I cleaned it all.
Last but not least, the kitchen did not have shrimp for my shrimp quesadilla.

Disrespectful staff, air conditioning didn’t work, it works on sensors so if your not in room and moving it’s not on. Had several people that were there some kind of reunion talk down to my kid,had to fight over luggage carts, rooms were dirty, contact lens on wall next to bed.
Great stay! The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. Collie provided outstanding customer service, and Lomor made the best omelet at breakfast. They both made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
The property was tastefully decorated.
The guests were smoking drugs and it filled the hallways. My children were not able to swim due to “maintenance” of the pool. The grounds keeper assured us that it would be open the following morning and it was not.
In the past, we have been disappointed in the decline in quality of Embassy Suites hotels—especially the one in Destin where we are headed.
This one is wonderful! Nice, cool, modern and so clean with excellent customer service. The rooms were large and amazing and rival some of the elite hotels where we’ve stayed. We’d come back for a visit just to stay here!
