estubimos en el piso 6, por tres noches y solo funcinaba un elevador y el ultimo dia de salida los dos no funcionaban, las mayoria de los huespedes no pudieron bajar a desayunar, llamamos a recepcion porque teniamos 4 maletas y siendo dos mujeres y otros maletines de viajes podiamos cargarb esas maletas 6 pisos, y la joven nos contesto que no podian hacer nada que estaba fuera de servicio los dos ascensores, ni siquiera nos enviaron alguien para ayudarnos nos cerraron el telefono, otro huesped bajo sus maletas y fue super amable al vernos que no podiamos noa ayudo bajandolas tuvo que hacer tres viajes al auto. malisima atencion, minimo debieron ayudarnos

When we first arrived at the room, the air conditioning wasn't working; I called the front desk repeatedly, but no one answered. I finally had to go down in person to speak to someone, and they moved us to a larger room, but that one had no water pressure at the sink. Also, there was a gap at the bottom of the main door where light from the hallway could be seen.

We had never stayed at a Fairfield until that week and we actually chose to and two different locations because we are so impressed with their breakfast and the cleanliness and style of the facilities

Cons:

The only thing I could say that was not preferable was being in the middle of so much commercialization but at the same time, we were glad to be close to the airport. So it’s not somewhere I would want to stay for a vacation, but we appreciated having something so nice the night before we had to fly out.
