Will stay again but not at the executive room

Located in the middle of everything

Cons:

Poor Wifi connection, used my pocket wifi during the stay.
Executive suite perks not executive enough. Only liked the free laundry per day (3 pieces)

Hoang Ahn and Pham Le Ahn are best managers around.
Pros:

The night manger Hoang Ahn and day manager Pham Le Ahn are the best in the business. They know customer service and made this Four star hotel feel like a Five plus star experience. Thank you guys.

The shower drain was clogged so water kept backing up and filled the bottom of the cubicle.
Door of bathroom was broken and would not lock.

Location is fantastic and staff are all very helpful. A few minor issues that could be addressed easily.

Cons:

Shower was an issue and repeatedly flooded the bathroom. Tv remote was not good, didn’t sync properly with the Tv - at times non responsive.

Pros:

L'emplacement. Très bien situé dans le district 1.On peut faire de nombreuses choses à pied.

Cons:

Le check in. Passeports vérifiés plusieurs fois et par différentes personnes ! Suspicieux. Vérification du nom du booking alors que tout est informatisé maintenant.
