Very accessible, clean and a highly recommendation for tourists to stay!
Pros:

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean and very accessible!

Cons:

I just had a hard time communicating with the reservation when I requested a second name to be added as a guest but it was sorted in the end.

Comfort in District 1
Pros:

The hotel is located in District 1, close to Ben Thanh market, with numerous tailors, cafes and restaurants nearby. It has a pool and offers a range of massages on site.
The staff are welcoming, relaxed and attentive which is most helpful if you have to cross the road to get a taxi.
The room was comfortable with large windows.
Breakfast had a wide selection of Asian and Western foods with hot and cold options.

Comfort in District 1
Pros:

Our return to Liberty Central after a week elsewhere, was like coming home. The staff acknowledged that they remembered us and inquired about our trip. The room was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast offered Asian and Western menus. There was plenty of food, shopping and sightseeing options within walking distance.

love the location its near everything a tourist would love to go. staff are very attentive . specially to the person at the entrance lobby and assisting luggage going /out the hotel . thank you

Pros:

Location was amazing, rooms comfortable, breakfast great, pool really nice to have.

Cons:

Was a bit dated, check in took ages, staff ok. Beware the commentary drink voucher in the street bar is only for a small fruit juice!! Really!!! Seems a bit stingy for the cost of the accomodation..

Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Location and the staff are terrific, especially the staff in the bistro area where I had a few meals and drinks. The Breakfast buffet and the meals I had at the restaurant and room service were of high quality. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I felt the room was a little smaller than I had expected, but in saying that it was very comfortable and had a very good bathroom.

Great room that l appreciated but there is no need to take security deposits from loyal customers
Pros:

I have stayed there before on several occasions & on this stay l wax upgraded into a better room that l appreciated

Cons:

Nothing on this occasion, it was fine except they insisted on another security deposit that caused me issues on departure because they were unable to process it on my credit card that was extremely frustrating

Great location.
Pros:

The hotel is very central and the staff are helpful and nice.

Cons:

We stayed here 8 years ago and it was excellent but his time the cleaning left a lot to be desired.

Nice hotel
Pros:

A good hotel, quite business like, nothing particularly fancy but comfortable and clean with nice staff and in a central location. The wifi worked well, the pool area is small but nice and the same goes for the gym. I would stay again if traveling alone
