Pretty basic and really noisy

I tried to contact the motel before our visit by phone and email and did not receive a response. We received several WhatsApp messages about this booking that I believe were scams.

The only thing I would say is a negative is that you only get a welcome plate of tea, coffee and milk in your room for one days worth of your whole visit. I feel it’s should be topped up each day you stay. It costs pence to replenish, I feel would make
The stay better as most like to
Wake and have a cup of tea or coffee when they are getting ready.

Das Frühstück bestand überwiegend aus abgepackten Lebensmitteln, die „entpackt“ angerichtet wurden. Pfannkuchen und Eier-Omelette waren regelmäßig kalt (aus der Verpackung im Kühlschrank in die Auslage)! Der Abräumservice in dem kleinen Frühstücksraum hätte besser/schneller und gründlicher funktionieren können. Einwegtischauflagen wurden teils mehrfach benutzt.
Anfragen per Email vor Reiseantritt wurden vom Hotel nicht beantwortet!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I made my reservation well in advance and, on the actual day of check-in, when I contacted the accommodation to let them know what time I would be arriving, I was informed that they had experienced a system issue and that there were no rooms available.

I completely understand that technical issues or unexpected problems can happen, but the least they could have done was inform me in advance, rather than telling me when I was already in the city and had been relying on this reservation for a long time.

On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The woman I spoke to completely washed her hands of the situation and, instead of trying to find a solution or showing the slightest bit of empathy, she was quite rude.

A very disappointing experience, both in terms of how the reservation was handled and the customer service I received. I would never book here again and I definitely do not recommend this place.

EXPÉRIENCE HORRIBLE. J’avais effectué ma réservation longtemps à l’avance et, le jour même de mon arrivée, lorsque j’ai contacté l’établissement pour les prévenir de l’heure à laquelle j’allais arriver, on m’a informé qu’ils avaient rencontré un problème avec leur système et qu’aucune chambre n’était disponible.

Je comprends parfaitement que des problèmes techniques ou des imprévus puissent arriver, mais la moindre des choses aurait été de m’en informer à l’avance, plutôt que de me l’annoncer alors que j’étais déjà dans la ville et que je comptais sur cette réservation depuis longtemps.

De plus, le service client a été déplorable. La personne à qui j’ai parlé s’est complètement désintéressée de la situation et, au lieu d’essayer de trouver une solution ou de faire preuve d’un minimum d’empathie, elle a été assez désagréable.

Une expérience extrêmement décevante, tant au niveau de la gestion de la réservation que de l’accueil et du service client. Je ne réserverai plus jamais ici et je déconseille fortement cet établissement.
