Uma estadia marcada pela falta de planejamento, transtornos constantes e pouca consideração com o hóspede.

Cons:

Minha insatisfação começou já no café da manhã. Durante a hospedagem, o hotel estava passando por obras/manutenção, sem qualquer aviso prévio aos hóspedes. O barulho era extremamente alto e, para piorar, houve obra inclusive no sábado. Em nenhum momento recebemos um pedido de desculpas pelo transtorno ou qualquer demonstração de preocupação com o desconforto causado aos hóspedes. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar. Além de pouca variedade, tivemos que enfrentar fila e aguardar uma mesa ficar disponível para conseguir tomar café, o que considero um absurdo para um hotel que sabe antecipadamente a quantidade de hóspedes que estará recebendo. Obras precisam ser planejadas. Se o hotel estava com uma quantidade significativa de hóspedes, deveria ter organizado a manutenção de forma a causar o mínimo de impacto possível, além de garantir estrutura adequada para o café da manhã, sem deixar boa parte dos hóspedes em fila esperando por uma mesa. A sensação foi de falta de planejamento, organização e, principalmente, consideração com quem estava pagando pela hospedagem.
