Super mooie en rustige locatie
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam, ontbijt lekker en vers, lunch gastronomisch en zeer lekker, heel mooi gepresenteerd, locatie heel goede uitvalsbasis om de mooie omgeving en natuur te bezoeken, ideaal voor een fietsvakantie

Cons:

Wat omslachtig om de handdoekwissel te vragen of kamer te poetsen waardoor er wat misverstanden waren maar bij het melden aan de receptie werd dit zo vlug mogelijk opgelost ( iedere dag moet je via scan doorgeven wat je wil van poets of handdoekwissel, dit was niet zo duidelijk en werd ons niet gemeld bij het inchecken)

Gerne wieder, aber ohne Abendessen
Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Schwimmbad haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die Vorbereitung des Frühstücktisches, den Sektempfang und die Blumenbestellung.

Cons:

Das Abendessen hat uns beiden nicht wirklich zugesagt. Ich hätte da etwas besserrs und eine andere Karte erwartet. Für die Vorspeise mussten wir eine Stunde warten.

De vierde, maar wellicht de laatste keer.
Pros:

De locatie is mooi en het hotel is prachtig en rustig gelegen.

Cons:

We hadden er op gerekend in het restaurant van het hotel te dineren, dit bleek echter volzet. (Hoewel er toch tafeltjes vrij waren toen we er voorbij liepen) Aangezien het hotel afgelegen ligt, is het een heel eind stappen om restaurants in Venlo te bereiken.
De toilet in de kamer was helemaal niet proper, zie bijgevoegde foto.
Ik vind het ook ongelooflijk dat er nog folders van Venlo liggen met activiteiten van de zomer van 2023 ! Dat is 3 jaar geleden. Is er dan niemand eventjes attent om er nieuwe folders te leggen ?
Als je 's middags op het mooie terras iets wil consumeren heb je ook geduld nodig. Het duurde 10 minuten vooraleer er iemand kwam om de bestelling op te nemen. We vroegen een drankenkaart. Nog eens 10 minuten later werd die gebracht, maar dan weer niets meer. Dan maar zelf naar binnen gaan bestellen. Ik nam een verse muntthee. Voor 4,5 euro kreeg ik een kop met warm water waar 4 (vier) takjes munt in zweefden.
