Dat er met je meegedacht wordt,en problemen snel worden oo gelost

Es war für zwei Nächte in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt auch alles ordentlich.

Cons:

Man wird nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zimmer nur dann gereinigt wird wenn man das vorher anmeldet. Das ist mir in einem „4“ Sterne Hotel auch noch nicht unter gekommen.
Die Sauberkeit ist mur da wo man direkt hin sieht. Im Lampenschirm an der Decke sind tote Insekten. Der Mülleimer im Bad wird nur oben auf dem Deckel abgewischt. Der Rest ist versifft. Die Fenster sind ewig nicht geputzt.

Will avoid next time and probably avoid all Fletcher hotels.
Pros:

Beds were comfy, hot water came when needed

Cons:

Dated and tired fittings.
Room had a screwed down set of steps near the window as the room was the dedicated fire escape for the floor and there was an emergency green light that constantly lit the room.
Unable to leave window open as it opened onto a fire escape.
Doors constantly banging.
Food very poor quality with dinning room attended by uninterested staff.
Hotel restaurant appears to be the dinning area for the hotel next door.
Free WiFi was so slow had to use my own.

Cons:

Pas de frigo dans la chambre.
Le petit-déjeuner était très décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, surtout à 19 € par personne. Le fromage et la charcuterie étaient desséchés, les croissants écrasés et il manquait plusieurs produits, notamment la confiture. Une mouche se trouvait également dans les fruits secs. Pour ce prix, la qualité et la fraîcheur n’étaient vraiment pas au rendez-vous.

Das Hotel bleibt hinter seinen Möglichkeiten.
Pros:

zentrale Lage am Rand der Innenstadt, Nähe zu Bahnhof und Booten auf dem Schifffahrtsweg. Wenig Verkehrsgeräusche.

Cons:

Personal dürfte qualifizierter sein.
Verlängerung war unnötig kompliziert.

Pros:

Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer en lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Het was bloedheet op de kamer en deze was niet schoon. Er lag gemorste koffie op tafel en het tapijt was heel vies.

Dit was eens, maar nooit weer.

De reis naar hotel ging goed

Cons:

Het inchecken duurde lang, er werd tussendoor aandacht gegeven aan andere gasten.
Het matras in de kamer had een hele grote kuil, waardoor er aan een kant van het bed niet gelegen kon worden.
Uiteindelijk na veel zeuren een andere kamer gekregen.
Ontbijt was pover, geen mokken voor cappuccino, en glazen voor latte machiato aanwezig.

Buono, da migliorare.

Posizione ottima e centrale. Buona cordialità del personale alla reception. Camera nel complesso pulita.

Le zanzare spiaccicate alla parete, non è un bel vedere magari è meglio pulirla .

Il servizio nella sala colazioni, meriterebbe più attenzione e cura.
Domenica mattina, la sala era semi piena.
Premetto che era possibile fare colazione fino alle 10:30 e noi siamo arrivati circa un'ora prima.
Tavoli da quattro posti, occupati solo da due e la ragazza che serviva la sala non è stata capace di separare un tavolo, facendoci aspettare.
Abbiamo dovuto farlo noi, altrimenti avremmo aspettato un bel po'.
Abbiamo anche dovuto aspettare prima di iniziare a mangiare perché mancavano tazze da latte, posate e cucchiaini e quando le abbiamo chieste era visibilmente scocciata. Pinze per lo speck, coperchi e altro erano unti di grasso. Un controllo e aiuto al personale non farebbe male!!
