Es kam überhaupt nicht zum Aufenthalt!
Die Buchung mit Option kostenlose Stornierung war nicht buchbar. Nachdem wir die kostenpflichtige Option gebucht hatten bekamen wir die Nachricht dass nur Hunde bis 10 kg erlaubt wären
Daraufhin baten wir um kostenlose Stornierung da dies nicht ersichtlich war und der Hund 30 kg hat.
Es erfolgte keine Reaktion auf mehrmalige Nachfrage
Spätabends vor dem geplanten Aufenthalt bot man uns an eine Ausnahme bezüglich haustierregelung zu machen und unseren Hund zu akzeptieren, allerdings hatten wir zu dem Zeitpunkt eine Alternative gefunden

Mic dejun foarte bun cu o mare varietate de produse de calitate

Cons:

Cred ca politia ar trebui sa fie mai ferma: pe la miezul noptii se cam tureaza motoarele prin zona!
Una dintre ferestre nu se deschide bine!

Cea mai frumoasa panorama spre Dunare
Pros:

Locatia este excelenta, chiar in centru iar privelistea spre Dunare nu o poti gasi decat la acest hotel

Pros:

Vanwege werkzaamheden aan het spoor moesten wij de trein van 02:45 naar Budapest hebben. We konden dus niet een hele nacht slapen en dat was ook te vroeg voor het ontbijt.
Maar het personeel heeft daarop een ontbijtbox voor ons gemaakt. Dat was een fijn gebaar

Cons:

Wij maken een fietstocht op kwetsbare dure fietsen. Van de receptioniste moesten we de fietsen buiten in het fietsenrek zetten, was niet over te praten. Gelukkig kwam er daarna een medewerker die meer klantgericht was en ons heeft geholpen een veilige plek te vinden voor de fietsen..

Idyllic river views, combined with excellent service make this the perfect place for relaxation
Pros:

After a very hectic period of work, I wanted a quiet day of recuperation before it all started again. Travelling through Drobeta Turnu Severin on the train, it had always looked to be a fantastic location. So I decided on a day's break there on my journey.
It could not have been better. The hotel is ideally located for the train station - a nice walk through a very pleasant park, and on arrival I was able to check in early and the charming member of staff at reception allocated me a room with a river view. These are some of the best hotel views I've seen - I could easily have sat in the window all day and watched the river roll by. The room was very comfortable with everything you need, but not overdone, and the hotel facilites; cafe, breakfast etc. all straight forward and just what was needed. For the visitor it's easy to walk around the centre and see the sights, and there are some fun restaurants right on the river for dinner.
I left refreshed, and will be going back whenever I pass through again.
