The personnel was very friendly, particularly at the reception, cleaning ladies and during breakfast

No information that the hotel was under construction. For a 4-star Hotel several things were missing.

Cons:

Wir waren zwei Nächte da, das Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Wir haben allerdings auch nicht reklamiert, vielleicht wäre ja dann noch sauber gemacht worden.

Mixed feelings
Pros:

Very good location. Coop Pronto open from 6-20 10 meters away from hotel entrance. Happy and helpful people working in hotel. Quite good and satisfying breakfast. Very good atmosphere in the hotel hallways. Magical lift! Clean room. It was quiet (of course it's mid-season).

Cons:

Spooky and distressing parking spot a little bit too far from hotel. No connection between hotel and parking.
I ordered 25m2 room and received something smaller (12m2?), despite "we will give you upgrade for free". Until now I have no idea where this upgrade was. Quite thin walls between rooms. Modest rooms. Low water pressure, it took time to take a showe.

Gute Lage, fairer Preis
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer, gute Lage, Eisstadion in etwa 10 Minuten Gehdistanz, Bahnhof auch in Gehdistanz.

Cons:

Frühstück dauerte nur bis 9Uhr. Für einen Sonntag etwas früh, aber es war ja auch Nebensaison.

Miserables Info Management. Man entschuldigte sich, meinte es aber nicht so. Die Nacht war ruhig.
Pros:

Zimmer war erwartungsgemäss ausgestattet und gross, Lage ruhig mit Balkon und Bergsicht.

Cons:

Baustelle im ganzen Hotel!!! Baulärm, Dreck, Umleitungen, Lift gesperrt, Einschränkungen mit Warm-/Kaltwasser und Frühstück nur während 2h möglich. Darüber wurde ich im Voraus nicht informiert. Dreck im Zimmer und überall ausgesteckte Leuchten, bzw. Tablet, das nicht funktionierte.
