Very disappointed not to have four star service
Pros:

Location was perfect for our visit to see Shakespeare in the woods. The bed was very comfortable and the room, on ground floor with a small terrace table and chairs outside was lovely.

Cons:

For a so called four star hotel, the service was abysmal. We booked a table for dinner at 18.30 and ordered a starter and dinners. The starter had to be chased, and then we sat until nearly 20.00 before the dinners arrived. And they were not anything fancy, just burgers and chicken pieces. This was after asking about our order at least three times. The serving staff didn't seem to be able to sort it out until we called for the manager. Lack of communication, lack of staff and no compensation offered.
There is a terrible stain on one of the carpets in main thoroughfare. Next day I had to go to the bar to get any service at lunchtime. It really was disappointing when we had stayed at the sister hotel last year and it was much better.

Hele mooie ruime kamers. Fijne bedden. Mooie faciliteiten zoals het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Heel geschikt voor jonge kinderen.

Ontspannen verblijf in prachtig dorp
Pros:

Het hotel was uitstekend, heb er goed gegeten en geslapen. Garderen is sowieso een heel mooi dorp! Verder is de zandbeeldententoonstelling dichtbij, zelfs prima wandelend te bereiken. Als je in Garderen bent, moet je hier zeker kijken!

Pros:

De gastvrijheid, de ligging is prachtig. Heel veel diverde uitwijkmogelijkheden. s'Avonds
na een lange dag nog heerlijk zwemmen in het zwembad met sauna. En het ontbijt was om te smullen
We komen zeker terug

Pros:

Fijn uitgebreid ontbijt, heerlijke kamer met rituals producten

Cons:

Iets te weinig personeel in de bar 's avonds. Moesten lang op bestelling wachten, maar werd beloond met heerlijke cocktail

Cons:

Kamer lag dichtbij losplaats keuken,daardoor om 8.00 uur al geluidsoverlast door draaiende motoren van de vrachtwagen van Hanos.
Afstandbediening tv deed niets. Was leeg.
