I checked in and was put in room 565. The room was lovely but my god the noise as I was on floor 5 directly under the bar and the kitchens. They didn’t stop cleaning and putting on machines and banging till 2.30am and then it started again at 7.20 am😡 by the 3rd day I had to go to reception at 8am as we hadn’t slept properly because of the noise. Some of floor 5 should not have bedrooms under the bar or kitchen and should not be giving to people to stay. I doubt I was the first person to complain. The receptionist gave us another room which had none of that noise thank god.
The hotel is lovely but some of floor 5 is not fit for families to stay in because of the level of noise

Aamiainen oli tuore ja runsas. Sijainti sopivan syrjässä mutta kuutenkin kävelymatkan/lyhyen taksimatkan päässä aktiviteeteista. Hotellilla hyvin ohjelmaa ja tekemistä. Mukavan iso allasalue.

Son unos apartamentos estupendo , nos pusieron en un suite y era genial muy amplio y cómodo ,la cocina equipada no le faltaba un detalle.
Las piscina estupenda ,el chiringuito en piscina la verdad que nos encantó muchísimo de 10

Average but wouldn’t return. For me pool cleanliness was the biggest let down.
Pros:

Lovely view of beach. Good size of hotel and amenities. Great entertainment for kids. Some of the decor is lovely. Lovely bakery in shop. Great supermarket just 5 min walk. Good that the pool doesn’t open until 9am as avoids people reserving sunbeds ridiculously early.

Cons:

I came across 3 rude staff. Two were at the coffee van. One was the night staff when we checked in. Pool and pool area was often dirty when opening in the morning. Price for drinks is extortionate. Our room was dirty upon checking. Sunbeds are absolutely jammed packed together.

It was our second visit .we had a lovely time staff friendly ,rooms spotless clean. Entertainment at night was really enjoyable .
