It was my 2nd here, but I felt it although I came for facilities. There are more competitive prices in locations closer
Pros:

That it has good facilities on site

Cons:

The lifts, extremely slow.
Noise level at night on floor 4 and doors slamming and kids running around. Passing foot traffic very loud.
Expensive shop and resturants.

Pros:

One stop shop. Everything we needed to enjoy our week

Cons:

I know everything is getting more expensive but the pool restaurant is very much so.
I think, charge less and get a lot more business.

Lovely hotel for an early summer holiday
Pros:

The rooms were perfect and clean with all amenities.
Location was great with a show re market just over the road and a fantastic view.

Cons:

Bigger family rooms that sleep 5 would be really handy as we had to pay for 2 rooms.
