Very pretty but not that functional
Pros:

We booked three rooms for six people. For two of the rooms, they were 10s. Unfortunately, our room was a 6 even though aesthetically it was a 10.

Our issues were perhaps our expectations as we thought the rooms were naturally noise protected but that was not the case. You can hear music and people walking by until about 11 pm (if you’re noise sensitive then it’s a problem).

We also had issues with the AC and the shower leaked badly on the marble floor, so it was terribly slippery. The staff fixed everything promptly but it was disappointing to have to repeatedly ask.

We did have the most amazing server at breakfast, who killed two wasps for us and made us feel so welcomed.

Cons:

Noise, non-functional AC, and leaky shower. We asked for coffee and tea at 7:00 am, the restaurant staff initially said sure, then said no. Our coffee maker made tepid tea so that was disappointing.

Amazing place for a special occasion, just prepare to pay for it
Pros:

I booked a night in the suite with a tub on balcony (which is probably the best available room in Goreme) to celebrate my engagement with my fiancé. It was picturesque to say the least

Cons:

The price was eye watering especially when compared to the place we stayed for 4 nights with a private hammam cost me the same amount.

fantastic stay in Capadocia Cave Suites
Pros:

It was an amazing stay in Cappadocia Cave Stuites. The suites are all stunning. The personal in particular here i want to mention Ali, Andac are amazing great fantantastic, so helpful at all time, listen to all customers wishes. Also to mention excellent staff at breakfast, warm welcoming at all time. All question could be asked, all transfers, all activitities perfectly planned by Andac. If you have to choose, go for Cappadocia Cave Stuites. I stayed 6 nights, including the main activity hot ballon. the area has so much to offer. Further also for single travellers i can say its the perfect hotel to stay. Secure and save area. I want to thank for a perfect stay in Capadocia.

Pros:

Suite magnifique. Hotel fabuleux. La vue sur les montgolfières depuis le jaccuzi extérieur est incroyable. Le petit déjeuner parfait. Et L’equipe très attentionnée.
Un des plus beau hôtel de Goreme.

This hotel is pure perfection! The location is amazing, and the comfort and cleanliness are at the highest level. One of our favorite parts of the stay was waking up early and enjoying the breathtaking view of the hot air balloons filling the sky right above the hotel – a truly magical experience we will never forget.But what makes this place so incredibly special is the heart and soul of the hotel: the staff. Their hospitality is unmatched. Big hugs and compliments to the whole team, but our biggest thanks go to Mert and Fatma. Mert is a wonderful person, and he is the exact reason why we decided to come back to this hotel for the second time!Thank you, Cappadocia Cave Suites, for making us feel so loved and welcome. We will definitely return for a third time!

Stunning hotel, excellent location
Pros:

Stunning location, full terrace view of the hot air balloons. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Short drive to where the balloons take off. Beautiful breakfast spread. Friendly and accommodating staff
