Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. הייתה תקלה בטלויזיה ונאלצנו לקרוא לאיש שרות מס' פעמים.
ביום השני שלנו הלכנו לאכול א. בוקר וכשחזרנו הדלת לא נפתחה.. חיכינו במשך 20 דק' בערך עד שהצליחו לפתוח את הדלת. היה לא נעים.

המקום מהמם, ישר נכנסים לאווירה אחרת עם נוף משגע. החדרים מעוצבים מחומרים טבעיים ובאופן נעים ויפה. הצוות של המקום הלך לקראתנו בכמה דברים, והארוחת בוקר מלאה בהרבה אוכל טעים ואיכותי. תענוג.

Pros:

We did a weekend here with a visit to the winery, which was walking distance from the room, so absolutely amazing. I’m not sure what the breakfast is like during the week, but while we were there on the weekend, it was probably best breakfast buffet either of us had ever seen before, stunning

Cons:

Not the cleanest, and as we were waking up we could hear all the cleaners gathering their things and hanging out outside our door, laughing and smoking
If we had planned not to wake up early this might have ruined the morning, it was impossible to ignore
Even after coming out to make sure they knew someone was in the room they didn’t budge🤷‍♀️
Rest of the staff was completely amazing

ממתינים לתגובתכם , זה היה בסוף שבוע בו פרצה המלחמה , מראש הגענו 3 חדרים כי יש לנו בת חיילת והיא נאלצה להיות בכוננות , כמו כן יצאנו בבוקר מייד עם האזעקה הראשונה ולא ניצלנו כלל את המלון , כתבנו לכם ולא קיבלנו תשובה , נשמח לפיצוי הוצאנו על חופשה משפחתית מעל 5,000 ש״ח ללא שום תמורה
