Uitstekend hotel met restaurant en terras
Pros:

Ruime kamer met koffie/thee-faciliteiten en goede wifi. Prima restaurant met mooi terras. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Ons stoorde het niet, maar het hotel ligt naast een drukke weg.

housekeeping başarılı değildi 11 gün içinde odayı temizleyin diye 3 kere kapıya uyarı astık sadece yatağın üzerini toplayıp çöpü dökmüşler çarşaf değişimi yerlerin süpürülmesi vs 11 gün boyunca hiç yapılmadı. restoranı da çok erken kapandığı için her saat yemek bulmayı beklemeyin. sakin ve standart bir avrupa taşra oteli olarak düşünebilirsiniz. kötü bir deneyim değildi. fiyat performans olarak dengeli diyebilirim.

Wir haben schon in besseren Fletscher Hotels übernachtet.
Cons:

Keine Abwechslung beim Frühstück, wir wurden 9.45 unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen,das das Frühstück nur bis um 10.00 Uhr geht, keine ordentliche Reinigung des Zimmers

Zimmer getauscht weil Fenstergriff defekt.
2.zimmer hat Fenster geklemmt ,mit Gewalt
geöffnet,wollte nicht nochmal tauschen.

goed hotel, maar verwacht niet teveel van de kamers.
Pros:

Mooi hotel, goede locatie. Ligt wel 3 km buiten Arcen dus denk niet dat je lopend het centrum in kunt vanuit het hotel. De bedden sliepen fantastisch en ook de douche was geweldig!

Cons:

Het had ws ook met mijn verwachtingspatroon te maken maar wat vond ik onze kamer op een zolderkamer lijken.
Een klein raampje dat open kon (ook weer niet echt want er kwam 2 keer een hoornaar binnen vliegen)
Daarentegen bed en douche geweldig!
Hotel kon er ook niets aan doen dat we 2 verschrikkelijke regen dagen hadden. Maar dan was een iets grotere kamer wel prettig geweest. nogmaals, kunnen hun ook niets aan doen.

Don't expect a clean room
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Bed slept good.

Cons:

We had two rooms and both rooms were full of dust, spiderwebs and dirt. Wallboards and floor in one room full of white powder, dust all over the tv, side tables, kettle is in black and dust all over the lid and sides, I had to rinse it before using, cooked water twice to make sure our tea wouldn't taste like mold (when throwing the hot water down the sink a scent of mold in the pipes came up), bathroom sealents are yellow, we found a sock under the bed, the window frame has black finger prints near the lock. My parents had to clean their own room with wet wipes so they can use it. The breakfast area: the table where we sat near the window at the out door terras (round table) there was dead bugs, spiderwebs, dust at the window panes, curtains are dirty. This is in the breakfast area! Comon' Fletcher start cleaning your hotels, be more strict to cleanliness. If staff isn't that kind that's fine, but cleanliness is super important. Hire a supervisor who has knowledge about this. Despite the low price you can still make sure rooms are clean. There are cheaper priced hotels which are cleaner this hotel in Arcen.

Die Flure sind dunkel. Die Türen zu laut. Personal wollte absolut kein bisschen Deutsch verstehen. Badezimmer sehr eng das man kaum in die Dusche kommt. Schade
