Die Suite war etwas spartanisch eingerichtet aber dafür sehr groß . Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis für so ein großes Zimmer ist absolut okay. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .

Cons:

Außer die nur teilweise besetzte Rezeption gibt es keine anderen Annehmlichkeiten in diesem etwas überdimensionalisierten Hotel .

die zentrale Lage ,die Aussicht

Cons:

Als wir ankamen fanden wir keine gute Atmosphäre vor. An der Reception wurde negativ scheinbar von der Chefin über andere Gäste geredet sehr Laut und man konnte alles mit hören und nicht freundlich.
Das erste Zimmer das wir bekamen war nicht Sauber, Fleck auf dem Bett und Haare,
Es macht eher den Eindruck wie Jugendherberge.
Wir zahlten für einen Parkplatz 6 Euro. Als wir Nachts von einer Veranstaltung kamen war kein Parkplatz verfügbar.
Um das zu klären war am nächsten Morgen die Reception nicht offen.

Für DDR-Fans genau das richtige Hotel.
Pros:

Ein Erlebnishotel der Extraklasse. Schon beim betreten des Hotels fühlen sie sich in die DDR zurückversetzt.

Cons:

Die Nachttische sind teilweise zu nah am Bett, man stösst sich gerne mal an.

Architektonisch ein Schandfleck für die Stadt, aber innen soweit in Ordnung, Lage gut, Brauhaus gegenüber, Frühstück, bis auf den Kaffee, in Ordnung, der Kaffee war extrem dünn.

Very strict rules.
Cons:

We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, but unfortunately, we were not even allowed to park briefly to unload our luggage. We had expected to be able to leave our bags and go for a walk until check-in, but this wasn’t possible due to the hotel’s very strict rules and lack of flexibility.

In the end, we decided not to stay and stayed with friends instead. I can’t really comment on the rooms or the hotel itself, as we never actually got to stay there, but based on our experience, the approach to customer service was disappointing and did not feel very guest-oriented.

Das Hotel ist von außen ein architektonisches Schandfleck für den Ort, aber innen ist alles ok.
Lage ist gut, gegenüber ist das Brauhaus. Parkplätze vorhanden, Frühstück in Ordnung.
