I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I was in the area.
Pros:

It was very quaint and the staff were very friendly!

Cons:

Nothing! It’s a beautiful property but didn’t really get the benefit as we only stayed overnight!

It was perfect.
Pros:

This hotel is little treasure in the Kent countryside. Very clean snd the staff are all so welcoming, the food was exceptional especially the breakfast, with a good choice of hot and continental breakfast available. The hotel is perfect for exploring whitstable, Margate snd Ramsgate as well as Dover and Folkestone, we had a perfect stay and will be going back.

Cons:

We did not have anything negative to say.

A lovely old manor in a gorgeous garden staffed by great people.
Pros:

A lovely old building with all the charm and quirks of old English buildings in a beautiful garden setting - complete with the cutest rabbits. Beautiful bedroom with great views and a large bathtub. A very good breakfast, (although running short on some of the fresh produce while we were there). The staff were absolutely wonderful and could not have been more friendly, attentive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Prachtige locatie op een boogscheut van Canterbury, mooi kleurrijk hotel in historisch gebouw met bijzonder vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

De kwaliteiten droegen ertoe bij dat de mindere punten met de mantel der liefde werden weggeveegd

Friendly and comfy , just what you need.
Pros:

Bed very comfortable, evening meal very nice , breakfast excellent.
All staff were excellent at customer service

Cons:

Water pressure was low.
Needs new barh mat but that is really being picky.

Totaal geen waterdruk in de douche/bad kon echt mijn haar niet wassen kwam amper water uit net als de wastafel moesten de kraan helemaal open draaien,vervelend douch gordijn!
Amper licht in de badkamer
En we hadden gereserveerd s’middags, was bevestigd, moesten onze visa kaart laten zien bij aankomst rond 20.00 uur met een raar verhaal , en kregen om 20.35 bericht van Booking.com dat de reservering niet doorging en in de tussentijd 2 x van onze visa kaart !!!

Lo charme del Manor antico e' innegabile

Cons:

Il bagno in camera deve essere rinnovato! Capisco che costa ma in una stanza con un bagno così, non ci vorrei mai passare più di 1 notte
