Pros:

They have AC! I was in HD the week of the heatwave and it was so enjoyable to cool off mid-afternoon after exploring in the heat!

We had a delightful stay, and Dennis made it most memorable. He was wonderful!
Pros:

The location was sublime. A perfect spot, so close to everything in the Altstadt.

Cons:

The mattresses were quite firm. Definitely harder than we were used to.

Comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

Friendly staff, quiet spacious comfortable room. Very good beds and a delicious breakfast provided. It’s a very old and historic hotel and I enjoyed the traditional decor. The air conditioning was so handy with the high temperatures. It’s in a great location handy to the river and main shopping street.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

La ubicación es la mejor!!! Al lado del puente!! El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación está bien. Pero sobre todo la amabilidad y disposición de Dennis en la recepción
