If a central location is your priority, stay here
Pros:

The location in the old town was excellent, right in the heart of Heidelberg.

It had a nice traditional feel

Cons:

Room felt like a nice hostel rather than a hotel. Pricey.

Very noisy in the morning with deliveries etc

Great value for money with an explication, good restaurant on the ground floor and friendly helpful!

Excellent location - easy to walk everywhere in the Old Town. It can be rather noisy at night from
People sitting at the tables outside restaurants nearby but they thoughtfully provide ear plugs and the noise was not particularly late. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Liebes Hotel Hackteufelteam!
Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt in eurem Hotel mit ganz viel Seele und mitten in der Altstadt gelegen.
Schon beim Reservieren war uns klar, dass dies ein besonderes Hotel ist. Auf meine Nachfrage nach einem Eiweißbrot/ darf leider keinen Zucker und nur wenige Kohlehydrate essen, wurde mir versichert, dass sie schon irgendwie mein Brot besorgen....und so wars auch! Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Wir waren in diesem Urlaub in 6 Hotels insgesamt, aber in keinem haben wir eines bekommen! Dafür gibt es schon 10 Sterne von uns. 😀!
Der einzige kleine Nachteil für uns war, dass die vom Hotel nahe gelegene und vergünstigte Parkgarage für unser Auto leider mit 1,80 m viel zu niedrig war und wir in P10 parken mussten, das ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß gelegen war....aber der Weg führte durch die wunderschöne Altstadt zum Hotel . Natürlich kann man auch die Koffer kurz beim Hotel ausladen, was aber in der Fußgängerzone liegt und somit alles sehr eng und mit vielen Menschen gefüllt ist.....aber alles machbar. 😀
Die Einrichtung ist alt, aber passt einfach in dieses romantische Hotel und ist somit wunderschön. Es gibt einen Aufzug und Klimaanlage, also wieder 10 Sterne.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und alles da was man sich wünscht. Man konnte sogar wählen zwischen Kaffee aus der Kanne und von der Maschine, was auch wieder wunderbar zu diesem Hotel passt!
Wir haben am Abend auch im Hotel Restaurant gegessen und es hat uns köstlich geschmeckt. Das Restaurant war schon zu Mittag sehr gut besucht und auch am Abend, das spricht für die Qualität des Essens.
Fazit.....bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Heidelberg übernachten wir hier sicher wieder. Danke für alles.

Pros:

Gemütliche Atmosphäre eines verwinkelten historischen Wirtshaus. An meinem Tisch, war wohl in den 70er Jahren ein Stammtisch weltberühmter Philosophen gewesen. Das Portrait von Hans-Georg Gadamer erinnerte an diesen 'Stammtisch des lebendigen Geistes'. ... Und lecker Helles aus der Gegend.

很棒，我们住得很开心。
Pros:

位置优越，就在老桥旁边，去城堡缆车站步行5分钟，周边很多好吃的，酒店餐厅也很棒，阁楼房间视野很美，窗外可远眺城堡和俯瞰老城，还赠送了酒水，并同意我们推迟一小时退房，很赞。
