La ubicacion

Cons:

Yo no hice dos reservaciones,solo una y cambie las fechas y le avisé, y ellos pensaron que había hecho 2 reservaciones y me cobraron 1511.64 de otra habitación. Hubo mucha confusión

Pros:

This room was a bit better than our last. Beds were quiet and comfy, the floor was quiet although the hotel was busy

It was ok, could be better
Pros:

Central location, on site parking and friendly staff, nice view, 24h reception and from my memories they do have nice food.

Cons:

Rooms and appliances are a bit tired, the kettle was broken, the shoe shine sponge was missing (and I needed it) from the box, the room lighting was not the best, the shower enclosure was leaking water into the bathroom, the toilet seat is a 3€ seat and the only way that seat make sense in a 4 star hotel is if you completely replace it between guests. The mattress and bed were very loud, the TV very small and the minibar prices a bit spicy. I've stayed there years ago and it was much better.
