Enjoyed it very much.
Pros:

Great room, helpful staff , great location next to all of the atmosphere and historic buildings and structures of Sibiu . Close parking and good access. Excellent restaurant.

Beste Lage für das Kennenlernen dieser Stadt.
Pros:

Vom Hotel kommt man sofort in die Fußgängerzone und historische Altstadt. Einige Meter weiter erreicht man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Hermannsatdt.

Great location and great treatment
Pros:

Great location, better attention. Room size is good, breakfast is normal. Beds were really comfortable and room was properly equipped.

Won’t be back again unless it gets a proper refurbishment.

Absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel.

I used to stay here on and off while travelling over the past 20 years. I was never impressed.

This (05/08/2026) was my first time again in about 10 years. I saw that the rooms were supposedly renovated so I decided to book it. Sure, the place has been painted, but everything really remained the same.

Hard, uncomfortable beds. Really weird glass box in the room for a bathroom/toilet. Horrible lobby.

Breakfast was as poor as I remember, although the coffee improved.


For such a landmark building, it’s really a terrible pity that it is not reaching its full potential as a proper comfortable hotel.

Cons:

Pretty much everything except the location.

We checked in, and saw the room, and we had to change the hotel. Do not recommend.

Location is very good

Cons:

The hotel is very old, nothing is changed since long time. It smells very bad, and it is very dirty. Everything is extremely old and dusty and smelly.
