The bed is not so comfortable...
Location and restaurant.
We were given small (perhaps single) duvets and sheets for all the double beds, so you couldn’t fully be covered at night. Some of the lights didn’t work, the soap was empty on arrival, the mini bar had half eaten items which we reported three times but it wasn’t restocked.

The breakfast was the BEST I had throughout my trip in Romania and I stayed there for 2 weeks and in cities like Bucharest, Sighișoara, Oradea and Timișoara.
The variety, the peeled fruit!!!, the incredibly attentive and nice staff... it was superb. Congratulations for such an amazing job!
Also, the location was incredible! So close to the historical centre of Sibiu!
I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this hotel.

I believe it's these little details that really make a difference.
Fortunately, I had no problems with parking my car, because the hotel saves a few spots for them, but I also was temporarily with reduced mobility.
The parking is a bit of an issue. There's not a lot of space and there are a lookout of cars. Also, you need to pay a daily fee to park in their lots.
Other than that... nothing to point out,

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Parkplatz kostet extra, Wasser im Zimmer und Minibar wird nicht nachgefüllt, besser nicht unters Bett schauen.
