We had a wonderful stay at Continental Forum Sibiu and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions, and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were always warm, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of tasty options. The hotel restaurant also deserves much more recognition, as the a la carte dishes were absolutely delicious. Our son especially loved the "papanasi" with blueberry jam and is still talking about them!
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily choose this hotel again on our next visit to Sibiu.

nu am servit micul dejun.Mă așteptam la un 4 stele. Am primit o cameră Double Deluxe în care singurul lucru „deluxe" era prețul
Păr străin în baie pe prosoape și praf în suportul cu ceai și capsule de cafea — fix zona din care urma să consum ceva. Două puncte de igienă ratate nu mai e ghinion, e curățenie de mântuială la tarif de 4 stele. Verificați camera la check-in. La asta se adaugă mobilierul de lângă pat, zgâriat, și o atmosferă în hol mai degrabă de tranzit decât de hotel de 4 stele. Separat, detalii minore. Împreună, imaginea clară a unui „deluxe" care a rămas demult doar pe plăcuța de la intrare

The location
The hotel is in a condition far below the standard it claims to offer. The room had a persistent smell of urine and stale air, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The mattress and pillows were of very poor quality, resulting in an unpleasant night’s sleep. Overall, the property feels outdated and poorly maintained. Considering the price, the value for money is extremely poor and does not reflect the quality of the accommodation.
The location on this hotel is great - right at the edge of Old Town, within walking distance of many sites in Sibiu like the Large Square and the Bridge of Lies. The hotel was clean and had what we absolutely needed. It did not feel like a 4 star hotel, however, and the bathroom set up in our room was extremely awkward, especially with the glass wall situation that faces into the sleeping area. That is a major complaint I have anytime I see this design feature because I’m always with other people at a hotel and having a glass wall means I cannot turn on the bathroom light if others are sleeping - a nightmare with small children. Mattresses and pillows were pretty hard, as well, and we like more than one pillow per person, however, location is great. The room had the basic things we needed, and we were comfortable here. I’d stay here again, but ask for more pillows.
