Zeer verouderd. Elektrische sloten werkte niet. Geen koelkast, geen koffie/thee faciliteiten, raam kapot en kon niet open, geen airco, doorgezakt matras, vieze oude badkamer.

Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
Cons:

I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. We chose this location assuming that the Fletcher brand guaranteed a certain level of quality, but we were proven completely wrong.

We booked a family room for four people. The room featured a bunk bed that was extremely unstable and the top bunk lacked a railing. If you’re a parent I would not recommend booking the family room and risking your kid falling from the top bunk while asleep.

Beyond the unsafe sleeping arrangements, the hygiene was appalling. The bathroom was covered in mold, and the overall cleanliness was non-existent. Furthermore, the hotel lacks air conditioning. During our stay on a hot weekend, the small windows provided zero ventilation, resulting in a humid room and sleepless nights.

The staff’s attitude was the final straw. They were extremely unfriendly and even admitted they wouldn’t spend a night in the hotel themselves. If your own employees wouldn’t stay there, you know something is fundamentally wrong. When we raised our concerns, we were told that “it’s a 3-star hotel,” as if that justifies unsafe and disgusting conditions. I have stayed in many 3-star hotels, and this doesn’t even come close to meeting those standards.

To make matters worse, the management process is a nightmare. We were told to call a number, only for that person to tell us they couldn’t help and that we had to send an email instead. It feels like Fletcher only cares about profit and has no interest in listening to or helping their customers. Being treated in such a rude and dismissive manner is shameful.

Overall, I have nothing positive to say about this experience. This was my first time booking with Fletcher, and I am shocked by the awful conditions and lack of accountability. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
