Warm en veel herrie
Pros:

De ligging is prachtig. Aardig personeel. Ruime kamer.

Cons:

Zwembad dicht ( wel gemeldt ). Geen airco en dat was nodig omdat het heel warm was. Snap wel dat je dit niet zomaar kan instaleren maar dit leek meer op een kamer in de tropen. Idioot veel herrie door een personeelsfeest met karaoke door een bedrijf dat jammer genoeg al 50 jaar bestaat.

Ok, schöne Umgebung aber unfreundlichen Personal
Pros:

Habe vorher mehrmals angerufen und hatte einige Fragen, habe das Personal nicht als sehr freundlich empfunden! Wurde unfreundlich behandelt.

Hotel with a view
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is great for hiking nearby or a road-trip to Belgium or Germany. We had a room with a garden view and that was really nice.

Cons:

The restaurant in the hotel is pricy and the food wasn’t that great. We did not have breakfast there so I can’t say anything about that.

Always a great stay. Clean, hospitable staff, good food and a nice central location.

Cons:

Do to renovations, the pool was closed, but we were notified well in advance with the option to visit another location with a pool free of charge.

Prima hotel. Prachtige locatie.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie. Prachtig kasteel van buiten. De kamer was ruim en fijn bed. Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

De badkamer erg oud, met hier en daar vlekken en beschadegingen. Het restaurant viel ook een beetje tegen. Een vrouw in de bediening had duidelijk geen zin in haar werk en maakte een wat ongastvrije indruk.

Mooie omgeving, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, ruime kamer

Cons:

Kamers zijn gehorig, daardoor moeilijk kunnen slapen wegens geluid van de buren, bedden zijn te zacht, je ligt in een kuil

Pleasant but with sidemarks
Pros:

Normally we like everything there we stay here very often. The staff is definitely amazing

Cons:

Our room where at the second floor and the Lift dit not work. This is especially unpleasant with 2 x 20 kg suitcases.
The wellnessarea/Pool was closed all the time.
Although This 2 issues where there they dit not adjust the prices.

Pros:

De regio is top, personeel vriendelijk, alles is schoon.

Cons:

Jammer dat ze adverteren met een wellness maar deze niet open is. Hadden juist dit hotel gekozen voor dit.

prettig verblijf, vriendelijk personeel. kan beter mbt digitalisering als je dat al nastreeft.
Pros:

personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
kamer was ruim en netjes
ontbijt was gewoon goed, voldoende keuze (niet extreem, bv geen gebakken eieren )

Cons:

Je moest een QR code hebben voor het inchecken: bij aankomst gaf men aan dat dat niet werkt en we werden verder vriendelijk geholpen. Je kon in de bar en restaurant de rekening niet op je kamernummer zetten.
We hadden via de website nieuwe handdoeken en koffiecups besteld: nooit gezien. Uiteindelijk zelf bij de receptie gehaald: heel vriendelijk geholpen.
We hadden een eerdere avond persoonlijk bij een ober een tafel gereserveerd voor de volgende dag: we komen die dag bij het restaurant aan en men wist van geen reservering af. Er was ruimte genoeg, maar het komt heel slordig over.
De kamer had geen airco: dat zal zomers minder prettig zijn.
