Great place next to a shopping area and restaurants
Pros:

Big and comfortable room, the jacuzzi is a rare luxury that we enjoyed fully. Very convenient location, there is a shopping area with a Provigo basically next door, and the main restaurant street (Rue Principale) is less than a 10 minutes walk away.

J'adore pour le prix!
Pros:

Je vais 2-3 fois par année. Cette annee j'ai ete agréablement surprise des petites rénovations qui ont ete faites dans la plupart des chambres. C'est encore un peu vieillot comme endroit, mais très propre. Pour le prix, c'est une très belle option pour aller relaxer et profiter du spa et de la piscine chauffée. J'y vais pour être entre amies ou en amoureux. Beaucoup moins cher qu'une journée au spa pour 2 ou 3 personnes, avec l'avantage que tu restes pour la nuit.

Cons:

Pas grand chose à vrai dire. Pour le prix, je trouve que nous ne pouvons pas se permettre d'avoir trop d'attente. Ce qui est important est que le site et les chambres soient propres.

Terriblely neglected place, the staff didn't care and would not recommend this place to anyone

The front desk was not helpful at all didn't care to hear about our concerns or lack of satisfaction ! They simply said we could write to the management and that actually our room was better than other rooms so i can't even imagine. The room was in terrible shape, the furniture was old and damaged. The shower was moldly and toilet was wobbly and really not pleasant. The bed was terrible, felt like a cardboard box. The blinds on window was broken and wouldn't close. Horrible place!
The grounds around the pool and in the front was more than neglected, it's falling apart.

Pros:

Le confort et le design épuré. Aussi la mini-cuisinette avec le café, les couverts, tasses et assiettes.

Cons:

Le bain n'était pas ultra propre. J'ai dû le rincer avant d'en prendre un. Il y avait des résidus noirs et quelques cheveux. De plus, il serait bien d'avoir un petite bouteille de bain moussant.

Super accueillante, professionnelle et toujours prête à répondre aux besoins des clients.
J'ai pris un massage avec Rose : c'était excellent, je recommande vivement les services de Rose.

L'aspect détente dans un contexte naturel. Ajoutons le confurt des lieux et la présence de personnes compatiblrs et agréables. Endroit où nous aimons revenir pour nous détendre en toute quiétude.
Enfin,soulignons la proximité de boutiques variées et de restaurants gastronomiques.

Cons:

Disfonction unique du filtreur pour piscine et pronlème avec quelques jets du bain tourbillon.
J'aurais apprécié la présence d'un bain vapeur...

Old-fashioned hospitality at its best
Pros:

Very charming inn well located near main shopping / entertainment district. Huge, gorgeous, well-supplied room. Staff very accommodating and helpful about bikes. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Our only regret was not staying longer!

Cons:

Nothing! Loved it.
