Breakfast
This is a lovely boutique hotel. It was quiet at night, but has lots of action nearby during the day. ( Someone mentioned hearing church bells ringing , but we never heard them). The metro station is right across the place, and there are always taxis. Definitely walkable to Louvre and Notre Dame. Great location !
The bedding and towels are so nice. The tub shower was fine for us, but would definitely be challenging for older people without good flexibility.
The bathroom lighting is quite nice for doing makeup.
I was hoping for a slightly larger room, but we managed to get two big suitcases laid out. Our one complaint is we could not find plugs that stayed on when the lights were turned out, except in the bathroom and by the desk.
Breakfast is nice, but at peak times, tables aren't available. It's a bit pricey in my opinion.
The staff is so friendly. They make you feel really welcome when you come snd go.
I would stay here again but make sure you get a deluxe room if you went to have large suitcases fire station

Récamier is perfectly situated in a quiet tree filled plaza adjacent to St Sulpice church. Great location for walking on the left bank. We have stayed here many times and continue to return because of the long term caring and efficient staff and rooms which are comfortable and reasonably priced for the value received. Highly recommended.
Lovely chic hotel with gracious staff in a perfect quiet location in the 6th arr. Small but perfect breakfast of hot and cold items. Everything in the hotel is quality. Wish they provided 2 luggage racks in the room. I don’t know of any couple who shares a suitcase!
I only had an overnight stay, but I loved this boutique hotel. The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy and the staff was lovely. I did not have time to experience breakfast, but there was coffee in the room. The neighborhood is wonderful and the location next to St.Sulpice is perfect.
