Zéér aangenaam!
Pros:

Zéér vriendelijk personeel bij inchecken in het hotel. Mooie schone kamer en badkamer. We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een luxere kamer omdat deze een terrasje had om buiten te kunnen zitten. Mooi groot binnenzwembad en sauna.
Omgeving is prachtig. Het hotel ligt midden in de Hoge Veluwe. Diverse wandel-fietsroutes op loopafstand!

Cons:

De bediening in het Fletcher restaurant voor het dinner was niet vriendelijk en was niet bereid om toelichting te geven bij vragen over de menukaart. Met uitzondering van twee (jonge) meisjes die wel uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren!

De locatie en het zwembad.

Cons:

Dat ik met het vertrek nog extra 4,95 moest betalen omdat er een foutje in de berekening was gemaakt. Toen ik vroeg waar het voor was zeiden ze dat ik het ontbijt niet tegelijk met de boeking had geboekt en het daarom 4,95 duurder was. Dat vond ik heel raar.

Prima verblijf, restaurant wat minder.
Pros:

De hygiene en comfortabele kamer

Cons:

Het restaurant, personeel luisterde niet, chaotisch en het eten was zeer slecht. Patat en snack gebakken in oud vet, was niet te eten.

Pros:

Leuk hotel,vriendelijk personeel. Goede kamer,goede bedden. Lekker gegeten zowel ontbijt als avond. Ideale ligging voor onze uitstapjes.

Cons:

Zeer kleine badkamer maar wel in orde voor een weekend,voor langer zou ik persoonlijk de badkamer te krap vinden.

Hübsches Hotel in schöner Lage
Pros:

Das charmante Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage.
Die Dame beim Einchecken war sehr nett und der Kellner vom Restaurant sehr zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer waren gemütlich. Schöne Terrasse vorm Hotel und drinnen bietet das Hotel ein tolles kleines Schwimmbad und einen kleinen Fitnessraum.

Cons:

Leider gab es mehrere Punkte:
1. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Eines davon war sauber und in Ordnung. Das Zweite hatte beim Bezug einen extremen Parfumduft und unter dem Bett befand sich Müll (Orangenschalen etc.)
Leider wurde dieser Mangel, sowie ein nicht funktionierender Föhn erst Abends entdeckt, sonst hätten wir direkt Bescheid gegeben.
Wir informierten die Dame an der Rezeption, als wir auscheckten, über diese Missstände.
Den defekten Föhn notierte sie sich, aber ansonsten erfolgte keine Reaktion (Entschuldigung).

2. Da wir schon morgens angereist sind, baten wir um Gepäckaufbewahrung. Dies wurde uns auch freundlich ermöglicht.
Als wir am Abend eincheckten, stand unser Gepäck noch genauso im Durchgang (für jeden offen zugänglich) wie morgens bei Abgabe.
Wir hatten erwartet, das unser Gepäck sicher verwahrt wird, wie wir das von anderen Hotel kennen (separater, abschließbarer Raum).

3. Frühstück nicht sehr allergikerfreundlich oder muss alles erfragt werden?
Generell stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück leider nicht.
