Great in every aspect .
Pros:

Beautiful old property with loads of character and very well maintained and furnished by friendly staff.Room was uniquely furnished, comfortable and very clean.
Good breakfast

Cons:

Traffic at front could be an issue in summer when might not wish to shut double glazed units in order to keep cool.

Always a delight to stay here with lovely hosts and such a convenient location in Woodstock.

Nice and close to the restaurants
Pros:

The hotel was nice and convenient for the high street and lots of places to eat. Large room with big bed. They have a car park at the back which was great. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The gravel car park made it difficult to roll a heavy suitcase/bag across to the hotel. Our room had some difficult stairs at the top so if you have mobility problems it might be worth mentioning when booking.

The location was great. In the middle of Woodstock & close to Blenheim palace. Room was comfortable but quite basic . Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was average. Staff were very friendly and helpful
