Worst hotel to stay in

Vă contactez pentru a solicita sprijinul Booking.com în legătură cu un incident petrecut în timpul șederii mele la Grand Hotel Continental din București.

În dimineața zilei respective am plecat din cameră, lăsând încărcătorul telefonului conectat la priză. Când am ajuns în oraș și am vrut să îl folosesc, am observat că nu îl aveam asupra mea și mi-am amintit că îl lăsasem în cameră. La întoarcerea la hotel, încărcătorul nu mai era acolo.

Am anunțat imediat recepția și am solicitat verificarea situației. Din păcate, modul în care am fost tratată a fost foarte dezamăgitor. Nu am simțit că problema a fost investigată cu atenția pe care o așteptam de la un hotel de cinci stele. Mi s-a comunicat doar că hotelul nu a găsit nicio dovadă că obiectul ar fi fost luat din cameră, fără să mi se explice ce verificări au fost efectuate sau ce măsuri au fost luate.

Dincolo de pierderea încărcătorului, ceea ce mă nemulțumește cel mai mult este lipsa de preocupare față de experiența unui oaspete și modul în care a fost gestionată această sesizare. M-am simțit tratată fără empatie și fără dorința reală de a clarifica incidentul.

Vă rog să analizați această situație și să contactați hotelul pentru a solicita un răspuns oficial și o analiză corespunzătoare a incidentului. Am ales această unitate de cazare prin Booking.com având încredere în standardele prezentate și sper să beneficiaz de sprijinul dumneavoastră pentru soluționarea acestui caz.
