The friendliness from the staff doesn’t match the rooms.
Pros:

Location and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The noisy doors and the room was incredibly small.
It was not only the noise but also the vibrations from the doors when they closed.
If you want to sleep in further than 7,00…you shouldn’t book here.

De locatie en afstand naar centrum 12 min lopen

Cons:

De kamers en de staat ervan. Klein. Stoffig smoezelig. De geur van de keuken door vetilatiekanaal. De handdoeken stonken naar eten cq vet. De stoelen in de kamer en de vitrage waren vuil en met plekken erin. Douche was zeer klein. Voor grotere mensen had dit niet gepast. Daarnaast was het onbijt goed maar minder verzorgd als de dag ervoor waar wij ook in een Fletcher verbleven. Kortom slecht

Perfecte locatie.
Pros:

De locatie is echt top.
Gratis parkeren en loopafstand van het centrum.
Het ontbijt is perfect.

Cons:

Hotel kan een opknap beurt gebruiken. Badkamer kan schoner.
Stond een asbak met peuken nog op het balkon.

Cons:

Parkeerruimte niet echt dichtbij. De grote van de kamer voor een langer verblijf vrij klein. Voor 1 nacht was het prima.

De rustige omgeving, zelfs de nabijgelegen overweg hoorde je nauwelijks

Cons:

De kamer, had wat groter gemogen. En kamer/hout van trappenhuis mogen wel een likje verf krijgen

Wij hadden een prettig en aangenaam verblijf.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, vers en lekker.
De kamer had geen airco, maar er was wel een ventilator voorzien.
Er was een parking voor de auto en zelfs een aparte fietsenstalling voor onze fietsen!

Cons:

Er zat een scheur in het laken, de douche was zo laag dat we moesten bukken om eronder te kunnen staan.
De deuren in de gangen werden opengehouden met handdoeken op de grond.

Pros:

Ontbijt goed.
Personeel aardig.
Maar verdere service slecht door personeels te kort, zeggen ze. Maar iedere keer een ander verhaal.
Ook hotel een avond gesloten.
Iedere dag zelf handdoeken halen bij de receptie. Kamer werd helemaal niets aan gedaan.
Laatste dag zij iemand bij de receptie na mijn klacht, U moet ook niet in Augustus naar Valkenburg komen.
Maar hoorde juistvan de inwoners, dat er minder toeristen komen.
Kom al jaren hier, maar zie het zelf achter uit gaan, jammer!
Dit is niet meer het hotel van jaren terug, jammer, ligt centraal.
Ook heb ik er dik voor moeten betalen. Jammer.
