Katastrophe
Pros:

Gar nichts, inkompetentes und zum Teil desinteressiertes Personal, extrem dreckiger Pool, der am Sonntag sogar schon 5 Stunden früher schließen musste, weil er so verdreckt war.
Extrem alte und hässliche Ausstattung im gesamten Poolbereich und im hinteren Teil des Hotels- Verdreckt und vernachlässigt. Im Lobbybereich akzeptabel.
Das Frühstück und der Frühstücksraum hatten die Atmosphäre einer Bahnhofshalle.
Allein für den Teekocher musste vier mal der Service kommen, man verbrannte sich beim vierten Teekocher weiterhin die Finger, davor waren alle Teekocher kaputt.
Der Safe ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen, auch da musste das Personal kommt. Zuvor musste das Personal überhaupt erst kommen, um Batterien in den Safe zu legen. Als sie beim zweiten Mal da waren, sagten sie, dass Safe sei kaputt, achselzuckend.
Beim Tag der Abreise ging die Schranke der Ausfahrt nicht, auch die kaputt. Insgesamt hat man sehr viel seine Urlaubszeit damit verschenken müssen, sich mit den Problemen dieser Unterkunft auseinander hinzusetzen, da es keine Lösung orientierten und kompetenten Menschen gab, die einem weiterhelfen konnten.
Aber, bei jedem Anruf wegen eines Problems ist sofort jemand gekommen, das ist natürlich toll 😂

Cons:

Diese Unterkunft sollte man nicht buchen, weil sie eine reine Zeit und Geldverschwendung ist. Extrem teuer, für extrem wenig Leistung. Offiziell ja vier Sterne, woher die kommen, ist unklar. Maximal einen Stern wert.

Amazing hotel with nice river view and great location. We will go back for sure!
Pros:

Very nice hotel, with good central location. Our room on the 7th floor had amazing view to the river and the city.
Room, bathroom and bed were very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was not so spectacular as we thought. It was good but not as fabulous as it was advertised.
Hotel car park is not big enough and we could not get a space. It was not an issue though, as there are plenty of free parking options available in the neighborhood.
