Great staff and location, not great facilities.

Cons:

It didn’t feel clean. Some of the complimentary toiletries had clearly been used before and there was mould in the case it came in in the bathroom. The towels were old and hardened. Not like the pictures. Very dated.

A little disappointing compared with expectations

Cons:

The stay was pleasant enough for an overnight visit, but overall the experience was more average than the hotel’s photos and presentation would suggest. The pictures give the impression of a modern four-star property, whereas the rooms we were allocated felt somewhat dated and worn. The media/TV system in the room was also not working. There was some confusion around the breakfast included in our booking. It was eventually resolved and breakfast was provided, which we appreciated. With some updating to the rooms and a little more attention to the guest experience, I think the hotel could be considerably better.

Para bom entendedor uma palavra basta : Decepcionante!

Apenas da cama que era grande , boa e confortável !

Cons:

A recepção como fomos recebidos ( ficamos mais de 10min no portão trancado com malas, na rua e aguardando alguém nos atender, mesmo tocando a campainha insistentemente ) , a limpeza , o banheiro que o box não tinha porta e um banho molhava todo o banheiro , ficar no último andar e ter que subir sozinha com as malas pesadas, não ter um serviço de cozinha para comprar uma refeição ou lanche e estando distante do comércio nos fez passar uma noite bem desconfortável pois ficamos com fome sem ter um serviço para contar .
A localização é distante do centro e muito ruim para quem pretende fazer as coisas a pé .
Importante destacar que lá não é um hotel e que as informações descritas no booking são confusas e as que constam nas avaliações sobre localização também não são verdadeiras .
Destaco também a dificuldade que já tive antes mesmo da hospedagem iniciar, quanto precisei alterar minhas datas e a comunicação com eles foi muito ruim .

Excelente ubicación, buenas instalaciones, pieza espaciosa, todo limpio y ordenado a un buen precio.
Excelente atención de la recepcionista mujer.
Lo mejor para pasar unos días cómodos y tranquilos en la bella Ciudad del Cabo

La ducha no tenía puerta y se salía el agua( pieza 4)
No cuenta con ascensor, para tener en cuanto al reservar.
Nos sentimos un poco incómodos con el recepcionista hombre, se notaba mucho que tiene alguna comisión por algunos tour sugeridos por el .

Great place, good location
Pros:

Location - excellent and staff were great - always with a smile on their faces. We checked in late and the gent who checked us in was super helpful and helped carry luggage upstairs to the 2nd floor which was a bonus. Room was comfortable too and breakfast was good.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly and professional. It felt like a family house.
